I ordered 11 kg of goods, I received 7 kg, they took away 4 kg of mine on the way.Very bad service Don't use any of these services I have all pictures before packing and after packing. Very bad bad bad this service

Ordered a printer drum which was never…

Ordered a printer drum which was never shipped. Did get in touch with the phone customer support which said they would refund. I guess I'll see. Never answered e-mailed customer support and when I contacted the customer number they said they did not have the item, but that was not listed when ordered. Will dispute with bank if not refunded. My advise order somewhere else.
FYI Update: Never did get a refund from Quickship but my bank did honor a refund to my bank card. Never heard anyting from Quickship including the refund would be process in less than one week.

total scam: stay away

Ordered and paid more than a month ago on 7/8/24. No sign of shipment. Web chat does not work as part of the scam. No reply to my messages over the web site. Cannot pass answering machine. There is no way to get in contact. Do not deserve even 1 star.

Can I leave 0 stars? I ordered 8 ink cartridges on February 27, 2024 with 2 day shipping. So far, March 28, 2024 there is nothing. Nada, nix, nien. I have called and left messages. Sat on hold to no avail. They don't care, they have my money. This company is horrible. Save your money and time, just don't go there.

Ordered a samsung watch 5. The battery was bad, so, I returned the watch. They never refunded me. So I contacted quickship. They said they never received it. I gave them the tracking info from UPS. They said I had to contact UPS. So I did. UPS said it was delivered and I'd have to contact the seller.. So I contacted the seller again. They told me they actually did receive it but it was an old remote that was sent back not a watch, and refused to refund. I most definitely returned the nonworking watch. The dishonesty by this company is unbelievable. Beware!

Try to use another provider!

We sent a package with our own old clothes, they ask for the sender to have fiscal residence in Spain, we manage to get a friend to put his details, (strange already..), we correct the value of the package (insurance), when it got delivered (that was the only good thing, it was fast), they asked to pay taxes on the original value (thing that got corrected), package return to depot, they correct the taxes, but still charging because this company did put it as comercial, when it was our own second hand clothes, they never asked if it was commercial or personal.

Because their wrongs we finish paying +£90 for taxes.

I would not use this service again!

My toner was very low and even though i seen bad ratings and reviews and a phone call to them to see this order would go through with no problems and giving them not the toner cartridge number but the printer I am using so there wont be no mistake but still received the wrong toner and are currently charging me for the return. Prior to the return I ordered the right one from them and then I found out when I looked at the email that they wasn't sending me a return label but just an address in which I called back and cancelled my order. Just to screw me out of a few dollars now, they decided to still charged me for the return and loose a customer and cancel my order. I call that bad business. Oh will. I'd say (DO NOT) buy from this place.

Was shipped the wrong drum for my brother printer.. Called the support number and was told they don't give exchanges or returns on opened bags.... Told them I opened the bag and saw immediately it was wrong..WAs told I was out of luck .... This company not consumer friendly....

Very bad return policy

Very bad return policy. My last transaction was a very disappointing experience. I did order a part from them. After opening the box I noticed i have ordered the wrong part. I did try to return it and get the correct part. They refused to take it back on the basis that I have opened the box. Their boxes are very common brown boxes. My order was a $110. 00 part. I have to trash it because I ordered the wrong part from them.
I recommend that before you do any business with them, read their return or refund policy,

Poor customer service and defective products

Bought two HP toner cartridges from these people and both were defective, print was very light. They claimed the problem was with my printer! I purchased the correct cartridge direct from HP and the print was perfect. Still haggling with these people to try and get a refund. They're just middle men for other vendors so you can't ever get to the actual seller if there is a dispute. This place is no Amazon lol.

Refund refused on canceled order. Incompetent / Terrible customer service

Ordered part for HP printer. Discovered in confirmation it was OEM not HP. Canceled order immediately and ordered HP part. Sent OEM part despite cancelation. Received email to return in original packaging. Refusing to refund because someone wrote on the box. $156 for part that should not have been sent in the first place. Claimed they sent it in an outer box, which they did not as can be seen from pictures. OK to deface box with quickship shipping label, but not with "writing". They will ship the useless part back to me again for $21 because "I paid for it". Incompetent and terrible customer service.

Terrible experience

My order did not arrive on time, even though the website said it would arrive based on the shipping calculator, and the shipping cut off times were not clear at all. When I realized that my product was not going to arrive, I call and was told no problem, it was there fault, and to accept the shipment, and they would take care of the return. None of this has happen, and I am still waiting a week later for a call from the person over customer service to deal with the return.
