Harrison S was the installer at our home, he treated it with respect and was very helpful ensuring we had good coverage all over the house as it's an older house with thicker walls. He had a great positive attitude and a credit to the company.

We were booked in for our install today. Unfortunately where we wanted the router was surrounded by walls with hidden cables preventing us from being able to have it where we wanted. Fortunately Owen B worked with us and to be honest put it in a better place anyway. Very neat and everything hidden away. Finally no complaints of Lag from the boys whilst playing FIFA.

Nothing wrong with installation and service. However one of the appealing bits was the advert that they would pay your cancellation fees. This does not work in practice. There is a 30 day limit to submitting your cancellation docs, however BT has a 30 day notice, and then takes weeks to issue a final bill so in practice its not possible to get info submitted in time. Also used a referral code and it says they will send you a £100 voucher after 21 days. Its been 2 months and still nothing. Apparently there is a referral dashboard somewhere but am yet to find it as am unable to log into website. good broadband service but frustrating support and information, waited ages on the phone

From Sales (Eric L) to Install (Louise B) the process moving from my previous provider has been seemless and very easy. Eric to my fortune called round and we got the new contract setup quickly and it immediately notified my previous provider without the hassle of me contacting them, the date was arranged and adhered. When Louise called in to install she listened to where I wanted the equipment and installed it exactly how I wanted. The internet connection worked immediately at the speed advertised. Will recommend to others. Thanks Quickline team!
