I would have preferred to pay using Apple Pay. I filled out the card details and then I had to get onto a train. Within only two minutes the page had signed out and I had to enter the details all over... See more

After looking through the flooring colors I was amazed to see that I could order samples for free with delivery. And the ordering was easy and I got a confirmation email straight away.

I ordered a flooring sample at a cost of £5.99 on the 4/12/25, with the intention of potentially ordering 50+m2 but to date have received nothing? Even more annoyingly, I have emailed the company and had zero response!?! Order no. 000018189437.
Are they even legit??
In response to the reply: I’ve given you the order number, I don’t really want to publicly share my email too! But I did try, and trust pilot won’t allow it to publish! So you’ll have to use the order number instead! My email starts with Earthmonkey1982 tho. Why can a trust pilot review be answered the same day, yet my email goes ignored? 🤔🤷♂️
Further update, I was contacted directly by the company and assured my sample (that I paid for!) would arrive by the end of the week. And surprising nothing has arrived and I have now requested a refund! If I’m gonna spend a few thousand on flooring, I want to make sure they can at least deliver a sample! 🤷♂️ very disappointing!!

Very poor. Inability to update/amend orders. One skirting came broken in two. I had to reorder one pack of planks (as for some reason the measurements did not work out), for a thin sliver of two planks, when these came they were impressive “ultra” not as I ordered previously impressive so did not fit. Add to that £50 delivery charge each time and it’s a right old con! Very disappointed.

I really like the product and for budget conscious projects, the laminates are great looking and good value.
It would be better if we could order more than just 3 samples. I would be happy to pay a small fee to be able to do that as the limit of 3 is frustrating.
Simple is how I describe it . It was so easy and that doesn't usually happen so thank you

I have still not received a sample I ordered last weekend. What's worse is that you have provided no way to track it or contact you to find out the status - this is my only option!

I ordered the product as it said it has stock in lots of different places. So I went to pick it up and was told they have no stock at all. Still no expected delivery date so I'm just in limbo. Even the guy in store said this is a very common occurrence.

We have generally been very happy with our Quick-Step Impressive Laminate flooring and the matching scotia and Incizo profiles. However we are having a problem with the special little blue cutters provided with the Incizo profiles. Having done part of the installation, our fitters lost the cutters and neither our supplier nor Quick Step seem able to source a replacement. The cutter is only a small piece of plastic with a tiny precisely positioned cutter that must only cost pence to make in bulk, but the only way to get a replacement seems to be to buy a new profile at around £30. Seems like a scam! So if you've ordered Incizo profiles be warned to keep tight hold of your cutter until you are completely finished.

The online shopping experience was easy and straightforward, it would have been nice to be able to use Apple Pay but this wasn’t available.
Everything was showing available when I placed my order, however the day after purchasing I was contacted by them to tell me that my order wouldn’t be available for about 4 weeks til after new year. I was however offered a full refund and chose to wait.
Shame about the delay, but so far would buy from again.

The boxes for entering address didn’t allow for details to be entered properly but worst was the £50 delivery fee that was added without any details provided until order had gone through.
