There was no communication from Quick Step or the delivery shop. I have phoned and emailed both with NO response. Absolutely abysmal service. I went over to the shop, which was on the Quick Step recommended list and it was just a lock-up on a farm site, not a shop at all. I have emailed QS asking for a refund and as usual got no response.
