Corporate Quarantine at Questworkspaces.com

Dear Trustpilot:
I am writing this review out of my intention to bring the truth to the light. I fully understand that during these times, we want more positivity and good stories. I want to make a point that decency and ethics in the corporate world must prevail at all times. Especially, the post-pandemic era generated greedy and unethical approaches and affected negatively the clients' relationships and much more.
As the entire country is still figuring out and small businesses such as mine are recovering at the moment, the Quest WorkSpaces Management office is acting with indecency and unethical conduct. I have signed a three months lease that ended on May 31st, 2021. I have given written notice that I won't be extending and will give enough time for Quest to find a new tenant. I have used the space for ten business days in June and paid the month of June in full. So, I did the right thing and paid for all three months I haven't used. Again, I wanted to do the right thing. they kept my deposit and wanted to charge me another $400 as an inconvenience fee.
And the nightmare began where and when I have been threatened and humiliated as of I am a criminal. To make a horrendous long story short, I ended up paying $3,248.67 for the period of three months and 10 business days, whereas the monthly payment was $500 plus tax. The amount includes the deposit they kept and were not willing to refund me.
Last week, I have received another email that stated I still owe a $400 inconvenience fee and etc. other threats and weekly emails. I have taken the liberty of emailing the CEO of Quest, Laura Kozellaurik. Her team's response to my demand to refund me was: "Quest did me a favor, and Quest is not refunding my deposit and nor apologizing." And this proves that Quest Workspaces unethical and improper "Quest".
Per their Accounting Manager, The Quest Workspaces is trying to make up for 2020 by charging all the fees, including a made-up fee of $400 and a "buy-out" deal and etc. I understand we, small business owners are trying to help each other, reciprocate the sense of community and togetherness, but Quest WorkSpaces is unethical but very skillful of punishing you or ones for doing the right thing.
Tips: For anyone who will be renting the office with Quest Workspaces, please read their lease agreement very carefully and do not agree to the auto-renewal and $400-$1,200 and other hidden fees such as the made-up "buyout and inconvenience fee, early termination fee, cleaning fee, restoration fee", and etc Quest, where and what is your Quest?? Even though you won by getting all the fees paid, the company's CEO is triumphing its small victory, where the truth and ethics is the biggest victory of all and will prevail at all times!
