The company is very inefficient and customer unfriendly

The company is very inefficient, and at the same same time relatively expensive. It gives contradictory and incomplete information during the ordering process. Yes, you can order and pay later - they say, which is not true. If you order like this, they will first freeze your order and request a downpayment, the info on how to pay you will get not immediately but only after 12 hours, they will process your payment only after 3-4 working days and all that time the article is not reserved for you - if it's gone - it's gone, and the delivery time counting will only start when they have processed your payment. After that you will not be able to order anything other than by credit card payment, even if you have to wait for the delivery 4 or 8 weeks. Very customer unfriendly. I will never order there again.

If you want depression

If you want depression, Anger and frustrating life then you can buy there products. This is one of the worst Scam company in Austria. They dont Give you money back for item you have not recieved until you go to court. Customer service till there payment department are telling you fakes Information about money back. My money is not yet paid back. Please guys stay away. There staff is train to cool you down and delay the payment untill you have suffered heartattack or clinical depression

Never buy any products from these…

Never buy any products from these scammers....They try to make you addict because you can pay monthly but mostly products are not working and they refuse resolving the problem...Just stay away from this comoagny and you ll have a better life

I m surprise to see negative quotes for this site ...
I bought online a notebook (after having troubles with another very famous site) even paying about 100€ less (of course for the same notebook) compared to other sites and I received it in less than 2 days.

Terrible service!

Terrible service! The 24 hour delivery promise is in fact a blatant lie that they have no intention of keeping. Awful customer service. I won’t order from quelle again.

Never again will I order from Quelle.

Quelle initially delivered my order to the wrong address, with no advance notice, at ca. 6:30am. As it turned out, that delivery was also incomplete. After multiple communications (telephone, email, and text messaging), the partial order arrived at the correct address, delayed of course. Quelle's staff seems clearly trained and able to reply politely in their phone calls with concerned customers. One staff member in particular took special initiative to advance my case, but her efforts (by phone and email) did not lead to closure. So, regrettably, it seems that Quelle's employees have no real authority to get things moving. In the meanwhile, I gave up phoning. Since then, my emails to Quelle have been answered by what appear to be automated replies, with pro forma apologies and no acknowledgement of the past record. Some 4 months later, my order is still incomplete. In the end, Quelle's customer service seems to be only lip service. Until they get their act together, I will never again order from this company.
