Ordered over a fortnight ago, no update, no response to my email asking for an update. Not good.

I purchased a 4 piece cutlery set through the website and paid £8.45 for next day shipping given that standard shipping was £7.45. It took 4-5 days for my order to be shipped, and the next day shipping method I paid for wasn't used - UPS standard shipping was used according to my tracking email.

When I emailed them about it requesting a refund, I didn't hear from them for a further 5 days. I sent a follow-up email at this point stating I'd report the incident to Trading Standards if the issue was not resolved; only then did I hear back. There was no apology for the shipping issue or the delay in responding to my email. Eventually, I got a refund for the price difference between standard and next day shipping.

It's a shame that the experience was such a let down because the cutlery set itself is gorgeous - high quality, aesthetic.

Given my experience, I can't say I'd want to order from here again.

Amazing customer service! I ordered some placecard holders but, unfortunately, several were broken on receipt. The company replied instantly to my messages and then called me to discuss replacement. The original items had sold out, so they replaced them with another, more expensive product which arrived very well wrapped and in perfect condition. An excellent company and I am now browsing their beautiful website again!

I have recently made a purchase from Qube Luxe for a 6 cover Northern Lights Tablescape. It arrived today very well packed. The delivery driver was prompt and came within the allotted time, and was very friendly. I opened my boxes and my face shon. I am delighted with my carefully well pachaged items and beautiful contents. All superb quality and will make a beautiful table display and talking point for many years to come. I can personalise it by taking out certain seasonal items i.e Christmas decorations out and adding other items like Valentine hearts to work with the other seasons throughout the year. My set came with 2 lovely keepsake boxes to protect and store my set. This is my 2nd purchase from Qube Luxe and I can highly recommend them. The quality, value and service receive for my purchases are second to none. Thank you once again Debbie Marks for your beautiful items. I am delighted with my purchase xx

An absolute delight to receive the tablescape in gorgeous storage boxes. So many items included and great quality too. Easy to follow guidelines or do your own thing. I picked the Peri Christmas Tablescape which was just how it looked on the website. Debbie was a delight to work with and so approachable. I bought her book too full of really useful tips for parties all year round. Would highly recommend to take the stress out of creating the perfect tablescape. It’s five stars from me!!

I ordered the most magnificent (and large) baubles from QubeLuxe, ready for Christmas 2022. Unfortunately the parcel arrived damaged (it had very obviously been crushed under the weight of a heavy parcel dumped on top of it, even though there were lots of 'fragile', 'do not stack' and 'handle with care' labels on the parcel). Only one of the baubles was shattered, the others survived, but I emailed QubeLuxe to let them know and very quickly received a personal call, asking more about the packaging and the courier, in a bid to improve for future orders. Great customer service. Beautiful baubles. I can't wait for Christmas!

Received coupe glasses on time for Xmas. Upon opening one of the glasses was chipped but was soon replaced without any question. Excellent service

I love my table to look beautiful and inviting. I either have the vision but then I don’t have the time or I'll buy individual items that look great but then don’t work all together.
I got the champagne luxe box and it’s perfect. I’m not crafty or handy so being able to watch the video and follow the instructions in the style guide was great. I felt like I didn’t have to interpret it, I could just follow it and it looked amazing.
I also gave them the wrong address and they were so good at sorting it out and getting it to me in time for christmas. Such good customer service when it was me who had made an error. I like that we can use it well before & beyond Christmas and not just on the day.
