A company who takes the feedback of the customer seriously and goes the extra mile to look for solutions. Definitely recommended !

Earlier this year, I sent a negative review due to a frustrating experience of returning a defective unit. Quality Hygiene acted on our complaint in a focused manner and went the extra mile to solve itl. As a customer I AM DELIGHTED for the actions they took. 1. They looked for a solution to have a better postal service for return of defective equipment from outside NL ( we are based in Belgium ) 2. They informed us about the improved postal service, and provided an easy way for us to return the defective unit 3.) They repaired / replaced the defective unit (which is still within guarantee ), and sent it to us at home. These three actions they undertook proved to us that they take customer feedback seriously, and do action. I am cancelling my previous negative evaluation due to what they have proven to us as a reliable supplier. I definitely recommend them.

Absolutely poor service for return of defect article from outside The Netherlands.

Are you based in Belgium or any EU country outside The Netherlands? If you are, think again before buying from this company. Our experience is as follows: We bought an air humidifier from them which had a defect. The defect equipment was sent by post using the address they provided email. The package was sent twice to them, and it returned twice! We wrote them about this, and their reply was ( quoted from original -mail )" I see that the address is correct. Unfortunately, we often hear that international Bpost shipments go wrong. The package never arrived here. I recommend you to choose another carrier and declare the costs incurred to Bpost." I do not need to say more, you can see what kind of after sales support is this. "Another carrier" are UPS/ DHL and similar companies which are more expensive than regular post. Declaring the costs to Bpost ( Belgian Post ) for this situation ? ( correct address, but cannot be found by postal services in The Netherlands ) Forget it ! We lost the 40 Euros we spent to send the package twice to their 'correct' address, and we end up having all the liability: costs, wasted time and effort, and having a defect equipment. This is a very expensive company joke.

I am sorry to hear this Sally and we take your complaint seriously. Since Postnl is offering more service points in Belgium we will continu to work with them from now on instead of Bpost. Unfortunately we cannot control Bposts routing in the Netherlands. And indeed we have had some inconvenient problems with them.
