They took every effort into making things right

My first time submitting books through them, their customer service was professional despite the grading and the shipping time between countries were lengthy (which is not their fault).
When my books finally returned in a properly packed parcel I noticed two cases had small cracks on them, which they immediately offered me to send them back to the US for re-encapsulating, free of charge.
My only down side is the lack of updates while the items are in transit or in queue for being graded.
