Honestly an absolute waste of money sold under the name of Find Back on ebay. Rather than fix the blocked ears made them worse and required a visit to local GP for ear syringing. I had my doubts but because the wax build up in my ears is quite regular I was really hoping to find a workable solution. Also just checked their Qtwistbrand website they are charging an outrageous, ridiculous price making you feel all warm and fuzzy by offering a 50% discount and free shipping more than likely Chinese cheap manufactured garbage. Like so many other products coming from that country. Available for a fraction of the price on ebay from numerous suppliers no doubt chinese again, but be warned what happened to me could very well happen to you.

Website claims tips are reusable, but instructions that come with the product state never to reuse or wash the tips as this may cause negative health effects. Emailed customer service only to be told just trust us, they're reusable, we promise. Scam! Scam! Scam! Quality is also cheap and came direct from China, no mention of this on the website.
