Good choice of products. Great prices.
But somehow the postcode got mixed up and no matter what I did you wouldn’t correct it and hence delivery was a nightmare! In the end I had to ask for delivery to go to a collection point.
Not sure how your system allowed a non existent address to be accepted. Not great.

Excellent service ordered a new toilet and was kept informed about delivery dates and times throughout. However our delivery turned up at 4.15am 😳 3 hours earlier than scheduled lucky we have a dog who alerted us someone was at the door. Still better than waiting in all day.

Exact replacement parts and a good price

I ordered 2 taps and they came really quickly. The price was brilliant and I would say that the service received from the company was great and I received helpful emails from Muzammil. I appreciated the prompt and friendly service and would recommend this company.

Product was perhaps a little pricey, but good. A slight grumble is that it did not come with some large washers to seal the holes in the sink, which turned out to be square when the old taps were removed. I solved this using sealing compound. More importantly though, this mixer unit has solved the more fundamental problem - I used to struggle to stop the cold tap at my utility sink from dripping badly, finally turning it off so hard that when turning it back on the nuts underneath the tap came loose and the joints began to drip. This mixer unit has solved this problem in two ways: First, at least after a few weeks, the mixer unit doesn't drip anyway, it turns off with very reasonable tightening without my having to fight it, whereas the tap it replaced would almost certainly have been dripping within that time after changing the washer; second, if it ever turns out that I do have to struggle with it, being a mixer which goes through two holes in the sink surface, it cannot possibly turn and come loose like I've seen so many other taps do.

Poor service from money grabbing bunch. Business is run out of Leicester which says it all!

I had a terrible service twice:

1) Merlyn shower screen i purchased from them, they took my money but the product never came. I had to call them to find out what happened, only to find out the manufacturer discontinued the product. Took them time then to refund me, longer than it should!

2) I had a towel rail from them which turned out to be the wrong size. My own fault, I coordinated with them about a return at my own cost. Spoke with a lady who could barely speak English on the phone who was quite rude. Returned the item only to be told they will not accept it, since the box it came in had to be taped back up. The product itself absolutely fine but just the box had to be re-taped.

This is clearly a strategy by them to keep people returns most likely to resell them and at the same time avoid refunding people.

You rarely deal with a company that will not accept a return because a box has been opened when the actual product is still perfectly good bubble wrapped inside. They also give a stupid excuse that no label can be put on the box other than their own but of course you need to put a label on the box to return it!

Excellent price and fast delivery and very easy to order online

The downside of the company for me is it doesn't send items to N Ireland. My daughter lives in England so I posted my purchase to her and she sent it to me. Very pleased with the service otherwise

I had a faulty shower unit but QS Supplies sorted it out and sent a new unit great service can only recommend them thanks.
