Bike has issues. They wanted me to fix it my self. Sent new. Battery. Then both tires are flat. The will sen 2 tires. But who will put on especially back with gears. Brake cord wrapped around fork of bike. To tight. Wore paint on fork and tore cord. Asked for new bike or money back they said I could fix on own what a joke.

The bike was fairly easy to assemble, considering my lack of "expertise". It has plenty of useful features & is comparable to a friend's bike that was more than double the price! It is supposedly foldable, but I can't figure that out & the tutorial doesn't demonstrate that.

We bought two of these bikes. Shipping was as expected. Set up went decent. The owners manual covered most of the setup process. A few things were omitted but using common sense, it wasn't terrible for what had been omitted. We have been using the bikes regularly and thus far they have performed better than we anticipated. We are very pleased with them and hopefully they are durable over time.

My wife and I were thinking of getting emikes, we are beginners and didn't want to spend lots of money on bikes, becouse we didn't know if we would use them. we got 2 bikes, and we are very happy with them, and the support was great, I would email them questions and they would respond the same day.

Well this was my first E Bike and really didn’t know what to expect but i was pleasantly surprised with the total experience

I havent' even finished assembling my new Qronge trike and already I'm a fan for life. Their customer service is prompt, clear, and understanding while solving my self-made problem. Who cares if I can't yet ride or pronounce the name, I'm on team Qronge!

Ordering the bike was easy. Bike came in good sized box (heavy) packaged well directions were easy enough to follow. The bike was very fast for me being new to ebikes, took it to the mountains on vacation and had lots of fun. Tires worked well on the trails and suspension did well. I had to tighten the seat a few times as it would come loose enough to slowly go down or swivel when pedaling. The battery held up very well. Overall, I'm glad I bought the bike and look forward to getting back out in the spring.

Hi my name is Breana I order my brother thunder E bike on Dec 4 2025 he never received the bike and they cancelled his insurance say it was shipped June 12 2025 that a lie and we order insurance Dec 19 2025 that a lie we order it on Dec 4 2025 and I feel this is a scam and I understand it a holiday and had black Friday and Cyber Monday

After recently purchasing 2 E-bikes from this company I began to notice some questionable business practices. They have a E-Bay business page and their official website. The MSRP prices are vastly different on their website and EBay page. Price difference can be up to $600. They seem to over inflate the value of the e-bikes on their website. They also state their batteries are UL certified on eBay yet there is no mention or certification to be found anywhere on their official website. Nor do their batteries have UL labels anywhere. Their batteries are sold for $100 on EBay yet their website sells them for $500 without UL certification. Also there is quality control issues with their bikes such as bent fenders and derailleur. Misaligned rear bike rack and headlight. Their bike manuals withhold valuable information pertaining to operation and maintenance of their E-bike models. Some manual pages are glued together. Yet despite their pitfalls I can give them credit for responding via e-mail to my questions. Customer service seems to be responsive. Their bikes seem to be of decent quality in certain areas. I can’t speak on the durability of their bikes such as battery and motor. Hopefully you can get 2 years out of them but only time will tell. If you plan on purchasing a bike from QRonge do some research. I think I would recommend them if you wanna buy an affordable E-bike to Start with.

This is such a great company. When I first saw their add for the X1 Spark I thought it was fake or a scam. I got ordered 2 X1 Sparks for less than half the price of what I was going to pay for 1 of the standard e dirtbikes. Their support is top notch. Every time I reached out to them they responded exceptionally fast. They even added the kit for me at the discounted price when they didn't really have to. My bikes weren't supposed to be shipped til Dec 15. My first bike was delivered the the 15th and my second should should show up today the 16th. They even offer them in 2 sizes. Large and medium. I didn't notice wish I would have got the large instead. Support offered to change my my order to large but they wouldnt have shipped til jan 15 and im impatient lol i am very impressed with the quality of it. Cant wait for the charge to finish so I can test it! Thank You to everyone at Qronge!!!

Finally got to ride my Qronge mirage went 2 miles and it quit. After back and forth with support got new brain today, installed it (not too bad) and now it works again. Hopefully it doesn't quit again.

I am beyond happy with the customer service I received from Gronge. A REAL PERSON called me back and walked me through the answers to the questions I had.

I did a lot of research when I was going to buy an e-bike. I found this to be the best value for what I wanted. When I received my bike my husband put it together and I LOVE it!! I ride it a lot just for fun.

The website was easy to navigate to understand everything I needed to know for my first e-bike purchase. There wasn't a long wait to receive it in the post, and assemble - including all the accessories that I got was quick and easy too. I have used it for camping (including Burning Man) as well as daily city rides into downtown and it is a solid bike! I highly recommend Qronge for their e-bikes and accessories.

I ordered my e-trike 2 weeks ago it still hasn't been shipped but they charged my Credit card right away. They never told me it was on back stock and even if it is they should not be charging my CC before it's shipped. Now I have cancelled my order and they need to put the money back on my card. I am so MAD!!!!!!!!!!!

I would rate this ZERO stars if it was an option.

I ordered the Qronge Meteor. It came and I assembled it and I thought, from the beginning, it was poorly made. The front wheel wobbles, it is not sturdy, and the brakes are poor.

After less than two months, the power failed. The display failed to even turn on and the bike will not work with any pedal assist.

I have sent pictures of the batter and where it connects, as requested. I heard nothing regarding the power after that.

Love my bike. Needed 2 people to assemble the asseccories but it came together & is easy to get on the bike & love the fold up feature

quick delivery, well packaged, needed parts and they arrived promptly, fun to ride plenty of hill climbing power, more affordable than many other brands

My bike came quickly and have been out riding every day.
