Non Existing Customer Service and Warranty Service
My keyboard broke and it was still under warranty when I originally contacted them in August.
Now it is End of October. I have opened about 10 tickets which have all suspiciously Ticket No. 0.
I have sent about 10 emails. I have only got one reply from someone telling me to use the online ticketing system.
It doesn't seem like a proper company. More like a business running at the back of someone's garage. And I have a feeling it is about to go bunk rapt.
I would advise you to stay away from this company. I gave up and threw the keyboard in the rubbish. I am not holding my breath for a reply regarding my warranty from this company.
