BE careful NOT FBA APPROVED!!
They will sell it as if they can provide all the documents required to ungate any product on Amazon. The reality is that they are not recognised as a genuine wholesaler by Amazon and also their supplier is not recognised. After months of asking Amazon, the seller support clearly stated that they do not accept documents from Qogita or their supplier. All you would get from them is the same AI-generated reply, apologising that they cannot provide any more documents. Also, they are expensive compared to other sellers out there.

I want to be clear, this is an Amazon problem. We never claim to be FBA approved.
We purely state that if you follow our guidelines and are smart with your procurement, you are very unlikely to have problems.
The brands you tried to sell - although you purchased them from an offiicial distributor - are highly restricted for new sellers.
This means Amazon is always going to be difficult with allowing you to sell them.

I purchased two products from Qogita
I purchased two products from Qogita, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Let me make this very clear: the photos on the site showed a pack of 3 for the first product and a pack of 4 for the second.
The title didn’t mention anywhere that it was “pack of 1” or “single unit”, so I naturally assumed I would receive what was shown in the images. Especially since Qogita also has a separate listing clearly labeled “pack of 1” for the same product, which makes it completely confusing and misleading to have two almost identical listings with different images.
When I received only 1 unit of each product, I asked to return the order — but they refused the return, claiming it was my fault for misunderstanding. They later changed the photos and description on the listing, but I have screenshots proving exactly how it was at the time I ordered.
Despite this clear evidence, Qogita continues to refuse the return and takes no responsibility whatsoever.
It was an unpleasant and misleading experience — I strongly recommend everyone to be extremely careful, take screenshots, and avoid falling for such practices.
And I also received different GTINs for both products, anyway I requested the account to be deleted, this is the 2nd problem with them that I haven't found a solution to and I've lost a lot of money

This company is a joke… please don’t waste your time and money on Qogita like I did. Placed order of 6K on 14th May and till this day 11/7/2025 I am still waiting. Promises, promises, courier issue, we have changed delivery company and all I got was next week, next week.
If you have a problem, you just can’t speak with anyone apart from a bot and when you eventually get through you get the usual Bull****. You get ignored all the time with no reply. BUYERS BEWARE!!

They had contacted us numerous times to get in their platform as sellers. We were cautious at the beginning because everything presented to us were so good to be true.
After some online meetings, phone calls, messages and face to face meeting in Cosmoprof Bologna we finally decided to proceed with the cooperation.
We were speaking with a seller account manager for our launch in the platform. We had sent the inventory that we could buy and stock in our warehouse and we asked them many times if we would be ready to start selling because we should place orders to our suppliers and have the Qogita stock ready in our warehouse. The seller account manager said we would be ready for the launch in the next 2-3 days so we proceeded with all the orders total amount 100k. Qogita knew about the stocks we were going to buy for their platform and we had agreed on everything. The reason we had to buy extra stocks for them was because we have multiple sale channels (e-commerce platform, wholesale channel, physical stores and special wholesale channel for huge clients in Europe). So all the stocks we already had were blocked for the other channels that we do for more than 10 years. They were informed for this issue from the beginning! 1-2 days after the guy responsible for our account was informed about everything and let us know that we will be ready for the launch in 2-3 days let us know that we can't finally proceed because our stock was too low for them!!!!!!!!! AFTER ORDERING AND PAYING 100K WORTH OF STOCK FOR THEIR PLATFORM.
We lost precious time for them days in meetings and conversations with some "managers" and their CEO. They informed that it's very easy for them to proceed with the launch but they never did! They stopped answering to our messages after telling to us that we should have worth of stock more than 1 million €. Disgusting unprofessionals why didn't you mention that from the beginning ? We would never block so much stock for a new sales channel we haven't even tested!
