Worst service when it comes to account closing

Worst service when it comes to account closing, this people make us chase them to close the damn account officially. They ask to pay full amount to clear than they say it’s Gona take 1-4 days to process closure . No update nothing that it’s in process or what needs updating, than call them back day 4 and they say account is overpaid so need to process refund which will take another 1-3 days and after that the closing process will take place which is 1-5 working days ? What the heck is it in it ? Amount paid ! Accounts clear ! What kinda processing does it need ? So pathetic service and time consuming. Never ever return back to them ! Plus not forgetting their high interest rates yearly which increases and 25% charges 6 monthly. Worst I must worst service and company. They loot people!!!!!

Q Mastercard NZ interest fees, conflicting terms, worse than credit cards

Q Mastercard NZ (and Q Card NZ) is very misleading with their terms & conditions. Their company reviews on Google have been hidden. They rope you in with low interest card transfer promotions but after you open an account with them, the interest rates and T&C's will keep your account in debt. Having made a succeeding purchase, none of your payments go through, they all go through paying your balance transfers as they have a higher interest rate, despite their T&C's also clearly stating payments go through to accounts which will be due soonest. So your interest rates are constantly hiking in a never ending loop. This has not been made clear and their terms & conditions contradict each other. I wish I could get rid of this card now, worst financial decision I've ever made.
