DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Do not even consider buying a car from this completely incompetent dealership! I recently purchased a small car with low mileage for it's age but classed rather overpriced on Auto Trader. Straight off I had problems with the malfunction light appearing after only a few miles driving. I spent almost a week unable to drive as the manual advised not to with the malfunction light on (common sense really). It's a long story but found the owner Malik was away in Pakistan & his part time sons running the shop had no idea how to assist with any queries/problems from customers so just decided not to answer the phone or respond to my messages. I eventually had the 'Partner' Howard turn up so casually saying what is the problem? I replied ''Well that is the reason you are here to find out!'' He even admitted to me that Malik the owner had took on more than he could manage & with the sons refusing to answer the phone or respond to my voicemails it just shows this business is a sham & should be shut down. I regret ever buying from them! I took the car for a full service costing £300 & needs a new battery & several other expensive things need fixing costing over £600. Never experienced such a bad deal even from previous private sellers.

DON'T USE THIS GARAGE FOR SERVICING GO…

DON'T USE THIS GARAGE FOR SERVICING GO ELSEWHERE HE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE
I have been friends with malik for years I asked him if he could do a service and how much would it cost for oil change and oil filter and diesel filter he said around £160 to £180 when I went to book it in he kept saying it was a special oil and oil prices were high
Anyway i took the car down and he nearly had all day went to pick it up and talked to mechanic and he told me lots of rubbish my oil was special my filters were special also said he had cleared loads of faults thats funny my service light is still on went to pay malik and the total cost was £380 cash thats with a discount he then come out with a load of rubbish so I asked for receipt for cost of part's and labour which all garages have to give you 3 times i have asked for receipt for my money still not got it anyway I went to 3 garages to asked how much for service and all the garages said between £160 to £180 which I think is fair l then went to Halfords and eroparts to cost up part's less than £90
So I went and confronted him with my paperwork and also asked him about the price ect didn't want to no full of rubbish no sorry or anything and I was meant to he a friend so if he does this to a friend I wonder what he would do to a customer
I will report him to trading standards the taxman and vat man I really fed up of back Street garages still ripping people off and taking cash in hand without giving out receipts should have all costs and labour with qmotors you don't get any paperwork
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS GARAGE AND USE A PROFESSIONAL GARAGE WHO LOOKS AFTER YOU FAIRLY AND DOES GIVE RECEIPTS FOR WORK DONE
I HAVE GIVEN HIM ENOUGH TIME TO RETURN SOME OF THE MONEY AND SAY SORRY
Very disappointed that a local garage is still doing this.

Do not go here !!!

Do not go here !!!

I know this is a long review but if you're thinking of buying a car from here please read it.

We got our first car here just before the lockdown so were unable to really use it for three months. We are recently married and this was supposed to be our family car. When we finally got to take it out, it broke down on the motorway (smoking) even though we had checked oil water coolant etc ... The breakdown service told us the car had issues with the oil and coolant not being pumped. We had to tow the car back to the dealership and the owner assured us they would take a look at it. The next day he says everything was fine and pinned it down to having less oil. I should've trusted my gut and got a second opinion. After a few days again the same issue but this time we took it elsewhere to only to be told the car has had major work done on it and the gasket which was now blown had been botched together. They also told me that there is no way the dealership would not know about this as there was sealant everywhere. It was then we realised that q motors had patched up the car just so it would run for a while to cross over the warranty period.

When I called up the owner to question him he said it's now over 6 months and I'm on my own. It was like he was a different person.

My wife paid full price over £8000, the car is on finance for the next four years. The car has to be scrapped 6 months after buying it and we still have to pay this amount.

Buyers beware

Buyers beware, this dealership does not understand the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you purchase a car from this dealership then you run the risk of having to go to court to get your money back.

A front street dealer with a back street attitude, we will see them in court.
