My experience of Pyronix

I have been using Pyronix products for quite a few years now, as an installer I do find them to be extremely reliable. Pyronix Helpdesk service for installers is second to none, always very knowledgeable and friendly and never condescending when you make a Monday morning schoolboy error! On the whole I find Pyronix my most favourable of the security suppliers to do business with, good products, technical support and an accounts manager that actually cares.

Problem with HomeControl 2.0

Have had an ongoing problem with a customer accessing HomeControl 2.0
Problem not fully rectified but your agent Alan has reassured me that we will get to the bottom of the issue and his knowledge has given me and my customer confidence that the issue will get sorted. Thank you Alan

Customer had an issue with the alarm

Customer had an issue with the alarm, sent me a picture of the said issue, although i kind of knew what it meant, i’d not seen it before, so rang technical & they confirmed & it was past 17:30hrs 😁

Absolutely brilliant support!!

Absolutely brilliant support from everyone I have spoken to. Nothing is any trouble and as a show of support for Pyronix I will only install there intruder alarms or give up the work.

Great support on older equipment

Your technical support man confirmed what should happen when changing Jamming timer to zero mins on a Euro 162 .The panel was still going into Jamming fail after zero mins applied. I resolved issue after Power cycling the system for 2 minutes.System operated all ok thereafter, thankyou.
