Disappointing CRM experience and unmet promises and poor support
We have been using this CRM system for some time with the expectation that it would streamline our workflows and enhance our customer management. Unfortunately, the experience has fallen far short of what was promised.
The most significant issue has been the lack of proper follow-up and support. Response times are slow, communication is unclear, and in many cases, we receive little to no feedback at all. Issues remain unresolved for extended periods, which creates frustration and negatively impacts our day-to-day operations.
Additionally, the vendor has repeatedly committed to features and solutions that they have ultimately been unable to deliver. This has led to misplaced expectations and a growing lack of trust. Promising functionality that either does not exist or does not work in practice is highly unprofessional.
Overall, the system has not lived up to its commitments, and the lack of accountability and responsiveness makes it difficult to recommend.
