One star is too many

Bought a poster in January and it didnt arrive. I chased it after a month and was told to wait a few days! Their website tells you to wait 18 working days before contacting them. The Royal Mail treat anything not arrived after this time as missing. No poster, no reply to two further emails asking for them to advise me if they had proof of postage etc.
Thankfully I paid by Paypal. They didnt reply to the Paypal complaint and Paypal have just refunded me. Wouldn't advise you risk paying them any money.
