Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend.
Push Health charges a consultation fee before even telling you the pricing, which is frustrating. I expected a telehealth service to be more affordable, but they quoted me an outrageous price at first. Once I told them I had already received a quote for $1,350 from an in-person doctor, they suddenly said they could match it. When I asked if they could beat that price — since this isn’t even an in-office visit — I got attitude and was basically dismissed. Very off-putting and not worth it.

Happy with Push Health

Push Health provides a very responsive Telehealth service for informed patients. Their providers work with you to find a solution you can agree on and that meets your needs. They support a huge network of pharmacies and give you updates on your prescription as it moves through the process.

Kathleen Menold is my pick every-time!!!!

Kathleen Menold conducted herself professionally and answered all my questions thoroughly. When I was confused about my prescription, she took the time to clarify the dosage and the importance of taking food with it and most importantly which foods to avoid while on this medication so that my stomach would not be upset. This showed me that she really cared about my well-being and was knowledgeable about different medications and the effects they would have on my body. I highly recommend Kathleen Menold and will tell my friends that this was not only convenient but comforting to know that I still received high quality care.

If I had a choice I would not give…

If I had a choice I would not give 1star ! I’ve been talking with Erika Gitchel ANRP since 8pm yesterday and I still haven’t got the medicine sent to the pharmacy . It takes her hours to respond and I think it’s a scam because I paid $69.99 for nothing because I’m still in pain and no response this is ridiculous I’m still waiting on a response since 12 noon today 07/13 this has to be a scam site

Doctors do not respond

I started using the app on 6/27 asking for a common GI medicine that I can't get over the counter. I chose a PA to help me, but the PA said they needed a doctor to help with the request so they sent me to another doctor on the app. That doctor didn't respond at all. At this point I had paid $69. So then I cancelled everything and tried again but now the fee is $89 (why did it increase?). That doctor did not respond either. I had to email and ask them to move that doc from my file to find me another in hopes they would respond. I am starting to worry this is not legit.

Purposely vague to try to confuse people. SCAM

Do not go with these people. they are an absolute scam. I was told by a coworker she was getting Semaglutide here for $120 a month. She looks amazing so that seemed totally worth it. She sent me up with her doctor. I asked the doctor multiple times. Is there a separate fee for medication and I was told I would only be charged 113 and then they would send the medicine to me. I was charged 113, then a pharmacy called and wanted to bill me another $150 for the medicine. I emailed customer service to say this is not what I was told by the doctor or my friend and the customer service person was extremely rude, did nothing but gaslight me, pretended he didn’t know that Semaglutide was something you had to take every month and not just once and refused to offer me a refund for them, purposely lying to me and saying that it wasn’t two separate fees. I told him I would just tell everybody online exactly how they treated me and protest the charge with my bank. Also, they say that you’re paying the 113 for a doctors visit and consultation to see if the medication is right for you but I never had a doctors visit. They charged me for it and then one minute later I got an email saying that the medication was prescribed. There are no doctors and no doctors visits here. Not sure how they were getting away with doing this.

If You Love Paying for Prescriptions Like Subscriptions—This One’s for You!

If you’ve ever thought, “Gee, I wish my healthcare worked more like a gym membership, but with zero actual check-ins,” then Dr. Chine Myers on Push Health is your dream come true.

No blood pressure check, no health update, not even a “How are you feeling?”, just straight to the invoice. Need a refill? Don’t worry, as long as your credit card clears, your prescription’s on its way. The “medical” part is purely optional here.

The pricing? A masterclass in creative billing: $85 a month unless you’d like to prepay hundreds for the privilege of being ignored long-term. It's less healthcare, more pay-to-play pharmacy access.

Luckily, I’ve since found a provider who charges less and actually practices medicine. Imagine that.

Save your money, and your health. You deserve better.

Efficient and simple experience

Fantastic way to consult with a doctor or certified nurse practitioner to discuss ailments and obtain prescriptions for needed medicine. I have used before several times and have never had a problem.

A godsend!

Dr Ilya Aleksandrovskiy was a godsend. He treated me for an urgent condition when every urgent care near me was either closed or refused to treat me (and still charged me $200 dollars after insurance of course). My primary care provider couldn't fit me in for another 3 weeks! But push health was fast, affordable, and actually helpful. Unlike all the other options I tried!
