If I could give 6 stars I would.
I recently placed my first order with Purple Sunrise. Based on that experience, it won't be the last. And here's why:
I needed pre-sale advice and it was willingly available from the owner who was highly professional and very friendly
The website displays a wide range of very high quality products with keen prices. An added bonus is £20 minimum order value for free delivery.
The site is easy to navigate and the checkout process is intuitive.
My order was delivered in 2 business days and was very well packed - with two further lovely surprises.
On the enclosed invoice was a handwritten note from owner, Andy, thanking me for the order. When do you ever see that?
And there was also a little thank you gift. Amazing.
Purple Sunrise sets the standards that many other companies need to provide, including quite a few big brands.
By being outstanding in a busy marketplace, means they will continue to delight their existing and new customers for many years to come.

My clock was carefully packaged and the friendly, handwritten note enclosed with the clock made me realise that Andy had actually taken the time to care about the recipient as a person and not just a number.

Always amazed at the range of wonders on offer. Andy spares no effort in seeking out the wierd, wonderful, value for money items to take you right out of the box when you are looking for special present ideas. I have spent many a pleasant time exploring his catalogue (and also visiting his shop) seeking inspiration for pressies; always had good advice and information when requested. Prompt despatch of goods ordered and, most importantly, well packed for transit!!! I have no hesitation in recommending most emphatically this company; a perfect blend of old fashioned service and modern technology, resulting in perfect customer satisfaction.

Absolutely love this shop, if you need a gift you can not fail to find the right one here, I love it, there is so much to look at and such variety, it really is a great place and the little cosmopolitan cafe next door is not bad either :-)
