Purple Ocean Reviews 

I believe Purple Ocean is a scam company. Why because I am in the same position as the other parties who spent lots o money and to be told by many psychics they will be back and this is when you will talk and so on. I do believe that the psychics have access to your other readings that's why it seems like all the same readings and everyone feels like the psychic is right. I feel we need to get the government involved to see what is going on. This is alot of money to be told false info.

I like most of advisors. They are friendly and genuinely trying to help. I am not sure that they rated correctly.
I noticed something odd few times. Top accuracy advisor was given bad review, but it was removed the next day. By PO? Odd. I never gave bad review to that particular advisor or any others as the matter of fact, but I do not think she deserves so much credit. She is a good psychologist, kind older lady, very wise, but not a psychic. So all revews should be kept , no matter what.
And another new advisor Gigi was rated 99% accuracy and the next day she was taking the top accuracy crown away. Why???
I actually felt she was way more accurate than some of more experienced ones.

I would like to know the reasons why advisors accounts are deactivated. I recently had two awesome readings with a new advisor only to come back an hour after I received my order that she was no longer on purple ocean. She was really awesome and I’m very disappointed.

After trying many of the 24hr video readings on PO and chat readings readings on PG I realized almost 90% of the readers reading tarot cards, even though the most insightful ones using oracle cards, and bringing their personal opinion, there is no real psychic ability.

I’m only pretty impressed getting readings from one advisor, his name is Spirit Advisor John, so far the best channeler. He is not online much so you need to turn on notifications.

I have used this app since 2020 since I have been involved in a relationship with my ex, poi. Firstly I really trust a lady saying, he had very bad past relationship and that's why he is not ready to commit. This come out to be true!!!!!! Then what's my journey of purple ocean and purple garden journey starts. I spent like total $400 for this app. Most are very vague and change answers according to my reply. They gave me false hopes and made me stick to the person who is just toxic by himself. They kept saying he's my Twinflame etc. Time lines are like 2 to 4 weeks , 3 months and never came through. I have used 30+ advisors. Almost everyone is saying he felt intense with you. He cares for you. He will reach out 2 weeks 4 weeks 3 months, but I'm the one who reaches out as I believe this is soul mate. It drains me more and more. Once they say he will reach out. Next time they say you have to as he is scare of rejection. In the end I started to practise meditation and pay for personal meditation coaching. I rather spend money on certified life coaching rather than those advisors on PO and PG. Dear public, you know your situation best. Try to use your own intuition and see the reality. I was just with a toxic man who has his own insecurity.i should have moved on so much earlier as I trust those advisors. In the end I made new account swap my poi and me. They all saying non sense and it was so funny. I will definitely use as an entertainment but please don't use it when you are vulnerable and going through rough patch. Spend the money on certified counselor. Those apps are complete scam!!!!!!!!!

Andrew Angel and Amirah are absolutely the worst. I think Andrew Angel connects with demon spirit guides who purposely misleads ppl. Nothing he ever said was right. I rate him 0/10
Almira I rate 2/10 simply because she got certain bits and pieces correct.
The reason they can't give outcomes is because they only connect to current energies. Current energies has nothing to do with the future. They might as well say this is what u feeling right now, and only God knows what will happen in the future

This site isn’t as horrendous compared to Kasamba or Keen. It actually has an easy interface, but the problem is they don’t vet their psychics enough, allowing scammers to infiltrate the site. Having said that, I’ve had to get a ton of false readings from crappy advisors who gave me completely inaccurate predictions which have till this date, never come true. But I’ve also found 3 real advisors who’ve been scarily on point and incredibly accurate even years later. They’re Paul65, Essence Joy and Gifted Victoria. Consider Open Channel and Mila Laska too.
These 6 advisors are the only ethical advisors on PO who will not sugarcoat and are actually REAL psychics who won’t swindle you for extra cash, quick and fast to respond, prompt, with an excellent track record in the industry. Essence Joy is the GUY who literally picked up on every single detail about my life even without me revealing a single word, and predictions were spot on. - without any cards, law of attraction BS.
The rest were misleading and nearly led me into depression as they predicted such bad things to happen to me, when funnily enough none of that came true even years later.
It all depends on who you go to and this will shape your experience on PO.

I’ve been using PO and PG for 6-8 months now. I’m not even sure how I came across the app. I used to read a lot with CP and PS But I’ve use those websites enough that now I only have one or two trusted psychics that I may go to from time to time on those websites. I’m still learning which psychics on PG and PO are actually on the mark. I’ve spent thousands of dollars so far which I’m actually ashamed to admit but oh well.

So far, the customer service is actually great. They respond via email immediately to any concerns or questions. I was initially worried because there isn’t a number to contact to reach out to customer service but they have been great via email.

I’ve read with probably over 50 maybe even 60 psychics so far. I will update this review/add more reviews for each psychic over the next few months.

Spiritualist Isabella - Isabella used to really be my go to. When I first reached out to her, she nailed a situation with a then POI as far as the conversation that would happen. However, she was wrong about how a conversation would go at work with my manager and she also was wrong that the company was going to let my manager go before the holidays last year. I reached out to her about a new POI and I felt like she was positive about the reading even when my new POI and I ran into an issue. Then, to my surprise when I contacted her for an update, she did a 360 degree turn As if she was reading for someone totally new and gave me a totally different outcome to expect. I was really disappointed. I changed her accuracy rating from 90% to 70% after that conversation. I did not give her a sad face though. Her prediction was night and day As though she fed me fairytales and all of a sudden slapped me with a nightmare. I just couldn’t understand The extreme change. Consistency is key for me. I was really disappointed because I really liked her but have decided not to read with her anymore.

Psychic Nadia - Nadia has been spot on when it comes to career readings. Not a lot of psychics on the app can provide you with a detailed reading when it comes to career. Also, my readings with her have mainly been about situations at work. I haven’t read with her as far as asking about a new job or looking for a new job. But she has been spot on about current situations at work. At this time, Nadia remains with a 90% accuracy reading from me.

As far as POI readings, I’m just not sure that she is on point when it comes to the outcome. I would trust her more for a career related prediction rather than a POI related prediction. For example, I read with her last year about a then POI and she picked up that the POI had very strong feelings for me and would reconnect in the number four. Basically provided me with a positive reading that Gave me the impression that if I were to accept a reconnection, I would be happy with that decision. The reconnection happened in the timeframe that she predicted as far as him reaching out. I did reconnect with the POI however, That decision totally backfired and I can’t tell you how much I regretted reconnecting with that POI. I actually felt used and taken advantage of, he ended up being a liar and a cheater. Even after that she continued to pick up that that person had strong feelings for me. Maybe that was true, but I wish she also picked up on the negative side of that person.

I read with her about a new POI but again she made a prediction which did not pan out. Later on she changed her prediction And went from telling me the POI would pursue me, would want to develop a relationship with me - things would move to a serious and long-term direction, to the person has commitment issues and is someone that would be good for me if I’m looking for something casual. Eh. So again, I would NOT rely on her when it comes to POI predictions. I’m kind of starting to think that maybe she provides a fairytale reading when it comes to POIs.

Sarah Rose - I’ve only had two 24 hour readings with Sarah Rose about POIs. I felt Sarah Rose was always on point to explain the situation and so far when she predicts that the POI will contact me, Let’s say after a negative event that causes me to step away from them, that contact has always happened, not in the timeframe that she predicted but nevertheless the POI does end up reaching out. She doesn’t feed fairytales. she’s non-judgemental, helps explain what is going on and she actually sticks to answering your questions instead of wasting your time with giving you advice. Once I get to my third reading with her I will definitely rate her with 90% accuracy.

Hi guys- I’ve been using purple ocean and purple garden since I broke up with my ex bf in may. I’ve gone a little crazy to try and get a consensus on what’s going to happen and had over 60 readings, mostly top advisors. I’ve got a few favourites. Just out of interest all but two said almost the exact same things and same timeframes ( describing my ex bf to a t! I wanted to as if anyone has tried onika, psychic Carrie and love psychic Hannah, sagest and axiomatic, jay European psychic ? I’ve found them to be the best. Also healing heart was good too. Any feedback ? Onika got the timeframe for first reconnection right. Looking foward to hearing any thoughts. Thanks kanoie

I recommend everyone out of kindness knowing I know people are trying to give me the answer I seek but after three years of being here on and off speaking to almost the entire family of purple ocean and purple garden with the same thing, it has made me wonder whether anyone be decent enough to give me the kindness that I deserve. Three years people tell me my poi is the one i just have to wait and then now is like no dont wait the universe wants you to move on i mean what's next? ive always given a lot of good recommendation because i am genuine and based solely on how people deliver their accuracy but 3 years, nothing has come to fruition it has taken a toll on my own emotional and mental space where I am beyond my own craziness. Everyone said they won't sugar coat but they all sound the same. To think that I have spoken to almost everyone here and paid for the service there would be some kind of generous giving from the universe for only a mere answer to what i seek instead, im giving false hope and free will lecture and time frame that is wrong and etc. I wish I had spoken to someone who can just be straight and honest with me that yeah, you know this aint gonna go good than to be here for three years and being told one thing and another one thing and i trusted everyone here with openness , did all of their advise followed every instruction and yet, I hope that everyone will have the blessings they deserve. Literally have spoken to everyone from 5 stars to no stars from $9.99 per minute to $.099 per minute and you know your heart will feel like it makes sense, some came true here and there and you thought maybe since it is true you go for another advise or insight but then it changes all the time and they keep bringing up this free will card and despite you already explain to them certain situation etc. I mean it breaks my heart, I am a good person, I just want answer to some things I do not have answer for. Now instead I am the one labeled delusional because I felt so strongly connected to my poi and everyone said yes this is your poi but then now after 3 years everyone changes their story saying no the universe wants you to move on. I spent thousands, I spent nearly thirty grand throughout this entire 3 years not only for advise but some had claimed there was curses and i paid for curses to be lifted or hexes or that do a video for one hour session to clean my chakra and auras and negative energies or that come back every time etc. Trust me, despite i am also an empath and have my own certain ability I do know that my connection is real. I wanted guidance and just truth and to think that after spending so much money and effort in trusting everyone, I am led to this point that the poi and i will not ever reconnect again. And ive heard of this before and changed again overtime. It makes my heart shattered that yes, I did pay for the service. But I guess those who keep claiming to tell me the truth and providing us with the service cannot match our own genuine seeker soul of guidance. I thought of all those money as gone to charity and that I wish all of them well but this will be my last say and that if you are looking for an answer maybe it was never on others but it's on you. My disappointment is only at the point where, either they just want to calm you down or not lose you as a client and tell you crappy fairy tale stories to keep you at bay. That sucks. That actually hurts more than anything. But I will wish them well that the money was well spent despite none was ever solving or giving me the peace I sought. I thank them all and their spirit guides and appreciate every effort but this is for you who come after me who thinks the real deal is giving you an answer. Once or twice, thrice the max of intuition which you can give yourself first before you decide to pay for it and get nothing but just a hopeless promises that will lead you nowhere but your own self-destruction -

After a terrible reading, I decided to try a different “psychic” to see if they were any better. I paid my money and then had my account deleted! After speaking with an extremely rude woman via email, they couldn’t help me and wouldn’t refund me!

I would definitely avoid at all costs, this coming are nothing but scam artists and extremely rude!

There’s an app called “Faladdin” which is far more accurate and FREE! Save your money!

Over two years I had been working for PO.

3 months ago I was devastated when unfairly 'terminated' as an employee without warning. I worked night and day. I read and held a compassionate space for my clients- this is NOT an easy job to do. Not to mention, Anabel and Maggie (back office 'support') gave me high anxiety most of the time when I asked for only that. I had a large enough rating of over 1200 clients 5* and truly believe was not one of the 'fakes' on app. I was cut off when told by Maggie/Anabel (both unprofessional) that I had been rude by telling the truth to a client ( I told the client the truth in that I would be suspended if I was late in my recording with her, as she changed her mind in reading as she wanted a pregnancy and I told her that is against the rules and that I would give her a general reading instead - this was said in kind manner). They said I had been given 'enough' chances and that the client had made a complaint - This made no sense- Why? Because the client was ok with this, paid for the reading and she left a lovely review! There was no problem. Both Anabel/Maggie curated a story and blocked me from accessing my account - my income was ruined, which I explained to them -

I had to wait over 2 weeks for payment, which usually I would take weekly/daily for.

Would this happen in a professional company? No. Nothing I ever experienced would. Avoid Purple Ocean. If you need the money, find somewhere else. It is really really not worth it. The energy is truly awful for what it is trying to create.

This company is a ripoff not the psychics the company needs to AUDITED by THe IRS

I can’t speak more lowly of purple ocean. I’ve had money to burn over the last month and was in a bad spot. I had to have had 120 different readings from 110 advisors . Turns out about 3 were accurate. Everyone told me the standard - there’s a great connection (70% said soulmate connection) and that she was scared and had past pain and that there was no one else and soon she would come forward . Standard garbage telling me what I wanted to hear.

THERE IS NOTHING WORSE IN LIFE THAN FALSE HOPE WHEN YOURE VULNERABLE

Very very rude conduct. I have given a negative feedback for the simple fact that the reading was not related to her own previous reading. The “psychic”started harrasing me in the comment box telling me “i shouldn’t assume i should read” that she actually meant onther thing and so on(between the lines calling me stupid). I have also complained about the fact that i feel harrased and the result is my review being deleted. Someone from the conpany replied very blunt telling me my comment is abusive for saing that the reading is a fraud. I would never recomend. Extremely bad customer experience and very unproffesional

I feel I should write an honest review of Purple Ocean as I have spoken to multiple heartbroken people in the same situation as me, who have had miserable experiences, wasted so much money and time and have no way of expressing it as Purple Ocean’s review system is completely rigged.

Please see below for my experiences of the different readers:

Manuela- I am kicking off with her because she actually *promised* me what she said would happen, would. She said absolutely 0 doubt so she felt confident enough to promise. WRONG. Time and time again. Then when you go to question her about it she is completely in denial. It’s ridiculous.

Life coach- (Elaine)- from her reviews on there you would think she’s never wrong. So few negative reviews and she assured me time and time again of something that just wasn’t true. Completely inaccurate and waste of time and money.

Shelby- inaccurate and in denial. Just wrong.

Sarah Rose- guesses from information you give her and completely wrong.

Healing Heart (Rose)- I do actually believe she may be good for some people but not for me. Completely wrong. And told me someone who has no belief in spirituality has been casting spells. No. She is also barely literate which doesn’t help with her articulation.

Psychic Jewel- she almost convinced me, but she has been wrong multiple times and done a complete 360 on things when I asked her about exactly the same situation, same names, because she forgot what she said before and couldn’t explain the discrepancy.

Madeena- sucks people in by telling them exactly what to hear. Full of false hope and fairytales. It’s actually ridiculous.

Debra- seemed so accurate but was completely wrong. Timeframes pushed back again and again and it just never happened.

Emmanuelle- this one broke my heart because her first reading felt so in tune I was actually in tears. It made me trust her so much. But after 2 years of her repeating the same prediction again and again as well as other things she often got wrong- I had to accept she wasn’t accurate. I do believe she may have a gift but it’s too inaccurate too often to rely on.

Tattooed psychic- just a strange and unhelpful experience.

Logan (and might as well chuck Andrew Angel in)- such a joke I’m not even going to waste my time.

PsychicIsabella- I couldn’t even finish listening to her because I knew what she said was complete nonsense and as time passed it proved to be even more complete nonsense than I had realised.

Johnnie- complete fairtale seller, nothing ever happened as he said it would.

Psychic Jane- changes what she says, also not only were her good predictions WRONG, so we’re the one she I didn’t want to be true. Wrong all around. Nothing she ever told me turned out to be correct.

Avalon star- says common sense things that seem to make sense but actually are completely wrong. Nothing ever transpired like she said.

Raven- her sister. I really trusted her because something she said happened and in the timeframe she gave but sadly that was the one and only time. Everything before and after was inaccurate.

Miss Meadow- very lovely woman but told me something would be wrapped up in a few weeks. 18 months later and it shows no sign of ending.

ReadingsbySophia- another hard pill to swallow as what she said seemed to make sense and it was ridiculously wrong time and time again. I’ll never forget once she told me something would completely end within 2 weeks and it immediately got stronger and is still ongoing 2 years again.

Spirit Connection aka Claudia- speaks so kindly and sincerely and is so, so wrong time and time again.

Psychic Geena- changed her story when she forgot what she said before and BOTH were wrong.

ClairvoyantChristine- her analysis and prediction of the situation was wrong.

Earth Angel- I really don’t understand her great reviews. Her readings were so inaccurate it wasn’t like she was completely guessing. Honestly. Nothing was tuned in and when you try to gently press her as what she’s saying isn’t making sense she becomes very condescending and defensive.

Shelby- Shelby is a little shall we say “eccentric” she stays in denial about things she’s predicted even when they’ve been shown to not be right.

Love specialist/ Kimberly-Ann- tells everyone that their POI is their soulmate and twin flame. Next.

Psychic Katarina- unfortunately after timeframes beibg pushed back again and again and again it just never happened.

Madame Supreme- timeframes constantly being pushed back- and said off the wall things I knew couldn’t be true and I was right. She was wrong.

Psychic Lisa- nothing she ever said turned out to be right. Not sure what else there is to say.

Analisa- off the wall nonsebse. I’ll leave it there.

Relationship Coach- now please tell me where all her amazing reviews have come from. Told me POI was definitely really into me and this was a long term possibly life long commitment. They messaged the next day saying they didn’t even want to date just wanted to be FBs and we never spoke again.

Cherry- people speak about her like she’s the queen of all psychic readings. What she said (with a new timeframe every time) with such certainty never ever happened.

Love Specialist Ann- nothing on any situation that she told me ever transpired like she said it would

Goddess Erika- a very defensive person who becomes curt when you tell her that what she said would happen... hasn’t happened at all. AKA the truth.

Norrell- a lovely woman who will sincerely tell you a fairytale that will never happen

Visions by Julia- a generic “everything will turn out great” reading that is, yep, not true

InsightsbyLola- vague and not particularly helpful

I know there are more so will add them as I remember.

The couple that I’ve tried that have been 40%ish colorect, less than half but sometimes are:

Victoria White who is very ethical and honesty. Inaccuracies are genuine mistakes not trying to sell dreams.

Delaney- who can actually be quite harsh when delivering bad news. She has had me in tears before nor from what she said but the lack of compassion. But she’s genuine and honest.

Purple ocean review system works so that you have 2 weeks to leave one, pretty much nothing ever predicted is to occur within 2 weeks. So everyone leaves great reviews and by the time they realise they’ve been duped it is too late to go back and update unless you pay again for another reading. By this point you’re out of money and disappointed.

People have asked time and time again to make this system transparent or to give some kind of rating system for accuracy that gives customers time to see if anything is actually true. They refuse because they know it will reveal all the FAKEs and their guesswork that they employ.

So now we WILL have our say somewhere that both customers and potentials will see the truth.
