The device works great but when I purchased the last 2 times it was but 1 get one half price or free. I only received 1 each time, I think it was available but it was not laid out eas ugh to get the deal.

I've been a Pure Sleep customer for many years. I've given them to friends as a gift. Works well but over priced. Two for $60 is about right.

I’ve used these for several years with it actually replacing my CPAP machine. They work well when you follow the instructions and last for several months. I like to buy a few of at a time.

PRO- The product no doubt works and works consistently.
CON- The product over time has shifted my bottom teeth forward causing my teeth to no longer line up and difficult to eat.

PureSleep's "boil & bite" has worked great for me for 10 years. Gets the job of keeping my airways open at night done while I'm asleep. It's comfortable; conforms to the shape of my bite, is strong enough to withstand my tendency to "grind" my teeth at night, and heavy enough to prevent my accidentally inhaling it. I replace it every 6-12 months as my bite changes, or if it seems to be hardening, or is discoloring.

Minimal snoring now. Wife pleased

It's great, works like a dream.

I have been using this product for a few years now. While it is the best dental appliance I have found, there are a few peculiarities. While it is made out of very good material, there is something about how it seems to adhere to your back teeth that causes undo downward pressure on them. I actually had to end up having a root canal. I can’t say it was the appliance for sure, but it was likely. Now I cut that material down significantly to minimize downward pressure. A thoughtful redesign of some sort might be in order. All that being said, I don’t want to have to resort to the dreaded CPAP so I’ll keep using this.

Have been using pure sleep for 4 years. Wife loves it... I find it comfortable to wear.

I’ve tried several stop snoring devices and Pure Sleep is the only one that worked. The others I would find I removed them from my mouth sometime during the night and I would find the device somewhere on the bed or on the end table. Pure Sleep is comfortable and stays in place all night.
