Successful Withdrawal made from Pure Market!
I have used Pure Market since March 2026.
It was smooth to sign up. KYC was processed quickly. My first deposit was processed within 24 hours.
My first withdrawal was processed in one business day once I had completed the withdrawal confirmation steps. My acquaintance also had their withdrawal processed within 24 hours earlier this week. We were both impressed.
I have had regular email contact with customer service (I am an annoyingly thorough person when researching and checking things.) and spoke to them on the phone yesterday for one hour about the negative reviews I have seen that worried me so much! Their customer service agent was very polite and very helpful, never defensive, and I understand that some of these reviews come from people who posted a bad review mid-withdrawal but after they got their withdrawal paid out, they did not edit or delete their negative comment afterwards. And other people had multiple week delays because there were problems with the documents they provided, but after the right documents were given, the withdrawal was processed. And again, they did not change their negative comment despite it being processed. That is a shame because it muddies the waters for people looking for a genuine review. That is why I am posting my review here of my own experience.
My Withdrawal Timeline
1. I clicked to withdraw some money from my PAMM account on Friday about 15:00 CET.
2. The money appeared in my investment account as "available balance" on Saturday morning 02:30 CET when the regular daily account results update happens.
3. I clicked the "withdraw" button on my investment account to withdraw to my own bank account about 05:00 CET on Saturday. (I did not note the exact time.) I then entered the details of the account to withdraw to.
4. I received an automated email from Pure Market at 05:26 CET on Saturday to say my withdrawal request had been received.
5. I then soon received a separate automated email from Pure Market at 05:26 CET on Saturday to ask me to confirm my withdrawal account details. (Which was just clicking a link to confirm the name of the withdrawal account I had specified earlier.)
(If you do not receive an email then this means you did not click the withdraw button or enter the withdrawal request details correctly. You may have clicked something else or did not complete the withdrawal request process, so try again or contact customer service. You need to click to withdraw from your PAMM account and then click to withdraw again from your investment account. So you need to click “withdraw” two times in two different places.)
6. I received an email from Pure Market at 1625 CET on Monday to say the withdrawal had been processed. I think this must have been processed manually and not automatic.
7. I then received an email from my bank at 1634 CET on Monday to say the withdrawal had been received in my account. 9 minutes! Excellent.
I would call that 1 business day or 3 calendar days, depending how you count it.
Overall, I would say that was smooth and at no point did I need to contact customer service to check on the status of the transfer.
While talking on the phone, I found out that Pure Market is part of a much larger group of companies involved in online banking, payment apps, managed investment accounts and other financial services. This is a bigger company than I expected, and I feel much more confident using them having learned this.
