Have been a customer for quite some time now, they've never disappointed me. Gorgeous maple syrup. Very quick despatch timings and delivery. Will continue to buy from them.
Maple syrup was never delivered and the company refused to refund me. This is despite evidence from Ring doorbell and two adults that no delivery was attempted. Avoid this company.

Regularly have some great offers on sale.
Ordered several maple cookie boxes which were on sale. They sent them all with 2 weeks left before expiry. When I informed them of this, they just said well it was discounted and they were trying to get rid of stock. No where on the website did they say the cookies were discounted because of this reason. They were no help in further correspondence.
As a Canadian living in the UK, I was buzzed to discover Pure Maple. All the syrups I have bought here in the UK pale in comparison to what I can get in Canada and I always make a point to stock up when I am back home. However, as I ran out I hoped this site would fill my need. As a connoisseur of maple syrup I can tell you that their products aren't great - their dark robust syrup is a joke, has no depth of flavour and just tastes like sugar. The popcorn I ordered was stale. I wasn't offered a refund instead a credit towards my next order, except I will never order again. Very disappointing.
Met the lovely owners at their stall in Gloucester Quays Christmas market and was immediately impressed by their genuine enthusiasm for maple syrup.
Ended up buying
- a bottle of maple syrup; strong but smooth flavour that's way better than the grade 2 junk sold in supermarkets,
- maple butter; perfect on crumpets,
- maple fudge; no sugar with a delicious lingering taste. Makes a great sweetener in tea (without milk).
