Pure Gym Marylebone
Good range of equipment. Friendly and helpful staff. Gym area is kept clean and tidy. Well done.One comment I would make though is the blocking of equipment by those people who think that the gym equipment is really a chair to enable them to scroll on their mobile phones. No problem if they are using the equipment but 9 times out of 10 they are just using the equipment as a seat! This behaviour is very frustrating and annoying.

Great staff great gym
The reasons is had a nutrition class today with Anth he was really good took time explaining stuff as years since been to gym great deal has changed loads of good information. But also was very nice in attitude and friendly. But also all staff are nice at Hartlepool gym. Right down to the lad that’s the clean very friendly. Thank you Tony.

Gym good, parking ridiculous
The gym quality in Bangor was good. However parking resulted in a charge, despite having a time stamped entry day pass. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
Edit- no way to contact Pure Gym and nothing on their booking states to add your car reg.

Great gym, great staff
Really enjoying this gym.
Recently joined with Mason Tanner is my pt. I've been learning so much from him, not only about fitness but about my overall health and support with menopause.
He's very encouraging and very easy to get along with.
The gym itself is very clean and has some great equipment. All the staff are brilliant and very friendly and are happy to help if you need them.
I've even tried the classes and was made very welcome and really enjoyed them.
Overall I'm very impressed on what they have to offer.

HEMEL HEMPSTEAD BRANCH IS GREAT
Very competitively priced, good mix of age groups, shapes and sizes, non intimidating, trainer’s always available if needed, good range of equipment and weights, classes available if needed. Only slight negative I have is they need more rope attachments for the cable machines, they have 9 cable machines in Hemel branch with only 4 rope attachments and 4 straight bar attachments. Apart from that it’s great also not over busy apart from holiday times.

First time using the gym
First time using the gym, visited whilst on holiday locally. I found the gym to be well laid out and the changing rooms were super clean and tidy.

Puregym is a friendly gym where people…
Puregym is a friendly gym where people mind their own business. If you want to lose weight, there is equipment that will help you lose weight. Most of the staffs are approachable. There is equipment which suits everybody. If you are self motivated, you can choose the equipment you want to you. If you need some help, you can join some classes. Generally people appear friendly and the general atmosphere is friendly. The toilets are clean. There are writings on the wall to encourage you such as Lets do this. I like Puregym. Value for money.

Good gym - Harold Wood
The staff are very polite, friendly & give good training advise. They are always happy.The gym is a nice size, great equipment & weights. Its very cosy. Very nice gym.

We always aim to provide a broad spread of kit to cater to a range of fitness needs and meet demand as it changes through the day, getting the balance right between weights and cardio, but if you have any other/specific suggestions please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed.

Worst Gym in Lichfield
Again, I have to rate PureGym Lichfield one star. Unfortunately, the environment there makes me feel very uncomfortable. In particular, one female member of staff has a consistently unfriendly attitude, which only adds to that feeling.
There are also ongoing issues with the equipment. Some machines are either out of order or do not operate correctly. For example, the calf machine binds during use, making the movement very stiff and uncomfortable.
The showers are another concern, with mould growing on the silicone sealant and an unpleasant smell that seems to persist.
There are much better gyms in Lichfield that offer friendlier, more helpful staff and a more welcoming atmosphere. PureGym also seems to attract a number of people with oversized egos, which can make the environment less enjoyable. In addition, children are sometimes allowed in the gym unsupervised when they should not be.
Sadly, I can no longer recommend this gym.

We are sorry to hear this and thank you for bringing these to our attention. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
We have a strict age policy which is 16+ years. Nobody under this age is allowed to enter our gyms due to health and safety. If you have concerns that someone may be under then please report this to the Gym Manager who can then further investigate and take action.

Great environment and staff are very interactive especially my personal trainer Resharn from snow hill who's absolutely brilliant. His ability to coach more confidence in movement, weight loss and strength is second to none and it's really changed my life. If your someone this relates to I'd definitely look to get in touch🙏🏾
