Great gym. Love the anytime access. No real info on an induction. Also very disappointed no electrolyte water or body analyser available in Hereford. Toilets can get a bit smelly too.

Gym suits my needs as it’s local to where I live and easy to park for free outside the doors, my only gripe is the lack of AC as it’s set to come on once above 21.5 degrees ( whoever came up with that set point needs to go for a 5k run on the running machine and report back ! ) once it is on, its on the lowest fan speed setting so barely noticeable.
The PureGym managing director clearly doesn’t care about the poor reviews uk wide with the same common complaints, he/she might as well remove all the AC units as they clearly are trying to stay below a kilowatt usage each month, and put some openable windows in to at least get some air movement inside the building.

Brilliant gym
This is a brilliant gym, really lovely atmosphere, very welcoming both from other members and staff, I really love coming here. It's always clean, a great mix of all ages and abilities working hard, and just a generally great place to be. The classes are at really convenient times for me, and I've just signed up for some sessions with one of the lovely PT's too, to help me achieve my weight lifting goals. I'm a really happy customer!

Really nice place
The gym is very well maintained, clean and air conditioned. Equipment is very good all working and easy to use. The app has useful information and videos for the equipment. Feel safe being there and can only gain entry with your own pin or QR code

3 day free gym pass - unclear
I think that the 3 day free gym pass should include 3 full days. I signed up at 9pm on 31st Dec. I popped in on 1st but my mate wanted to try it on the 3rd together and the gym wouldn't let us in and there were no staff on site at 5.30pm to discuss it with. We couldn't get in, so went to a local different gym instead. He still hasn't tried puregym, so the pass was a waste of time for him. The 3 day pass should be much clearer. Weren't many showers either considering how many people go there.

If you further experience issues entering the gym, there is an Assist button at the gym entrance you can press, when pressed a local member of staff will come to the door to assist you. Thanks, PureGym.
Regrettable try out - don’t like it
I moved to this gym from another gym due to cost but after going inside i instantly realised it wasn’t for me. Felt like training inside a small box. No windows.Extremely warm, Really not for me at all.

Overall a good experience
When to the gym in Hereford and met the team who were super helpful and very knowledgeable. Sign up on line was easy and setting up payments was quick and efficient. Great communication and welcome pack followed by a good in person induction in the gym the day after. Overall a good experience so far.

Gym OK but I have been to a lot of PureGym and there ia no Yanga Sports Water which is supposed to be in all PureGym facilities!!!
Also missing equipment for example Glute Trainer which again is in every PureGym I have been to except this one

Good equipment
Good equipment, well maintained, clean, decent atmosphere for training. Sometimes gets mildly busy and you have to wait for the piece of equipment you need, but it's generally ok.

Pete's abs class in Hereford was a game-changer for me. With initially low confidence exploring a new gym, his motivation was exactly what I needed. The gym was clean, and everyone, from staff to members, exuded friendliness. Will definitely be back for more – simple and friendly, just the way fitness should be.
