Cap was never sent
The shipment was ordered the 7th. It still says preparing to ship on tracking. I don't live in Chicago where I was staying I will not be able te receive it. Recall it and refund me.

This has been refunded, this does appear to be with US customs, as it was sent to the US after being processed by DHL on the 17th of Feb.
The status is unclear, so we have issued you a full refund, and would like to apologies for all inconvenience.

Hello we have never had the Mint Blue hat you claimed to order. We did send you the Dallas Cowboys Cap as ordered, and the images you sent us confirm this was correct.
As also stated if you don't like the cap, we are happy to accept a return and will issue a full refund on receipt of the returned item.
