A very efficient company
This is a GENUINE, unsolicited comment- the Pulse card really IS the BEST! It's efficient, easy to contact, their website's easy to use and not offline when you need it- as by bank's site so often is, and I've NEVER had a problem with it- rare indeed these days!

Hard to get credit limit increased
I have had a Pulse card for many years and never defaulted on a payment. My credit rating is excellent. Yet for the past 3 years I have been trying to up my credit limit but it always immediately refused. So I had to take out another card. Eventually as I was so close to the limit they did finally increase it. Really annoying. Now will use this card as my spare card not my main card

Easy to use app to track transaction, refunds etc also very easy to pay card . Bonus cashback available which goes towards card payment.

I find pulse card very helpful…
I find pulse card very helpful financially and also customers are constantly reminded not to overspend their cards if they’re not sure they can pay back and also customers are advised to get in touch and ask for help if they’re are having difficulties.
