I've been meaning to leave a review for quite a while now. Part of it is laziness and the rest is wanting to thoroughly give these guys/gals props.

I’ve been trying to return a new unopened purchase for over a month. No one in customer service can help me because “their system is down” what business has a critical system like this down for over a month? Customer service started off nice but by the 3rd call to check status they rudely told me that “other customers have been waiting even longer” and that I should just deal with it. I will not be shopping here again.

I am really happy to but products on this website. Everything is clear and fast, the staff is friendly and professional. That is everything I need for shopping!

I've stocked up not once there and it's a good store, not perfect but everything can be fixed easily.

It seemed like it wasn't going to work, and then the support team was amazing!
I've made an order in January and due to my location and documentation, it was automatically cancelled by the system, it detected a possibility of fraud.
The support team explained it all to me, I end up having to make a new order, and the team was amazing! They even sent me some really useful freebies (yes, more than one, less than five) and among them there was some Haribo. I love Haribo. <3. I've got my vaporizer, I'm really happy with it and I'll be Puff it Up's costumer forever. I always recommend PIU to my friends! :)

They are thieves, its has been 5 months that I pay for a vape that never comes and not even my money back they stole my money and they don't even answer my claims anymore

I ordered a glass bubbler and a couple other small things and as always, they included some great candy and stickers! Unfortunately, the bubbler had a small crack. It probably would have been fine but I was so scared of the possibility of breathing in glass and they were so nice and shipped a new one to me at no cost! They even included more candy in the package <3. Thanks PuffItUp people, I appreciate you.

nice vape like you can change the battery

Simply, I ordered an item, I was charged (bank verified) and I did not receive my item (verified by postal service) Wish it wasn't so, but it happened.

Horrible customer service! I paid extra for two day shipping....it is now 6 days later and it says I won’t receive it for another 3 days! Not worth it! Purchase products elsewhere. The order is under Taryn Wiggins and I already tried chatting with your customer service and they were super rude and told me there was nothing they could do except return when I actually receive it! Not worth your money or your time!
