Tuk Tuk insurance
Had to have insurance for driving a tuk tuk in Thailand. When I spoke with puffin advisor she was very helpful and informed me it was covered under a trike. I asked for confirmation and adviser sent me an email saying that I am covered to present to tuk tuk company in Thailand. Great service and lovely to speak with someone not having to deal with automated responses. Will definitely use again for personal experience.

Good customer attention
I´ve not had to make a claim yet, so this review is probably not very representative, but I just wanted to say that they have the best customer service I´ve ever had to deal with. I called, answered a couple automatic questions, and was immediately put to an agent, even though my issue was not time sensitive. Pleasant contrast to other companies that make you wait for an hour.

Awful phone systems
I tried phoning to renew my insurance but I was left on hold until I said yes to a call back. It’s been 2 days now. No callback.
