I have been very impressed with the help, advice and quality of plants from Puddleplants. I wanted to buy some pond plants for a small pond and found the website very informative. An email query to Sonia was promptly answered and a phone call with David allowed me to order all I needed and get the correct advice as to size and quantity of plants to order. The plants were extremely well packed and arrived in excellent condition and are now thriving and growing well.
I would thoroughly recommend Puddleplants for superb plants and and very good customer service.

Found the website description of plants and their benefits to specific types of wildlife very informative.

Having placed my order over the weekend was dispatched promptly on the Monday and delivered to Fife, Scotland by the Tuesday afternoon. The packaging was exceptional & could see care had been taken.

Would definitely recommend & will be using again.

I was looking for newt friendly plants as I had found a newt already in the pond and wanted to encourage some more. Puddleplants have a ready made newt collection which is great. All of the plants arrived in excellent condition and very well packed - not even one broken stem. I ordered compost and baskets which were plentiful for my needs. The instructions were very clear for each plant. Sonia sent a personal email about the plants in my order. I am pleased to say they ar all looking great in my pond.

Excellent: easy to order, delivery much faster than predicted (edited: Parcelforce not DHL as I misrembered). Really happy with the quality of our waterlilies (superbly packed). Looked really healthy right from the start & are thriving in our pond - we now have a flower!!! Had to contact the company & received an almost instant, really helpful response. Would recommend & will very happily order more plants from them.

Today I received a delivery of Frogbit and Water Crowfoot. Both are in excellent condition. They are now in my pond and hopefully they will grow well.

A remarkably speedy delivery of plants and pond products, all securely packed.

This service was all the more gratifying as I had had some difficulty with logging in to my account, but David ‘fessed up (it was apparently an error on the part of their website provider) and sorted out the issue with charm and efficiency.

When things go wrong for no apparent reason, my patience wears thin; but I am more than happy (as in this case) to give credit where credit is due and to congratulate David for smoothing ruffled feathers.

The plants arrived in perfect condition not a single piece was dead all leaves are green absolutely perfect definitely will buy from this company again

8 out of 9 of the mostly marginal plants I ordered arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged and clearly labelled with planting and care instructions, they were all excellent, healthy specimens. One plant had been inadvertently missed out of the box, and was delivered promptly the next day, again in perfect condition, whilst the reply to my email was not instant, the action taken to remedy the missing plant was, so the missing plant had been dispatched by the time I received an email to let me know what was happening. I have also received a follow up call to ensure I received everything in good order. The high quality plants and efforts made to ensure they are delivered undamaged ensure that I will use Puddleplants for all my pond needs in future. I have used one other company to plant up my new pond, but whilst the plants were nice, there was no care instructions included with the plants and the packaging did not stop one plant getting damaged from gravel falling out of the pot during transit.

We are extremely impressed with Puddle Plants. We purchased a large quantity of mixed pond plants to stock a fairly large new pond. Every plant arrived in great condition and we have had no failures. David was very helpfully, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us navigate our choices. He also gave great advice about planting on.

The plants arrived on time, well packed and with no damage.

Highly recommend. Companies with this work ethic and approach to customer service are few and far between.

My first time looking at pond plants for a newly formed pond from stacked tyres and lined. I think I started looking for plants a little late in the season, I found quite a few of the plants I had my eye on were out of stock, having said that I still found what I wanted to get my feet wet @ Puddleplants 👍 The plants arrived today (2 lilies and a small reedmace + pond bits and bobs) I could not believe the trouble this Co had gone to, to make sure the plants arrived in pristine condition and that they did, what a breath of fresh air, there are many Co’s out there that could learn a thing or two from yourselves. A big thank you and be sure I WILL BE BACK😁

I used Puddleplants for the first time a few weeks ago. The prices were reasonable and the plants arrived well packaged and bigger than I expected (I exclusively bought 9cm pots/bare root) and I was happy with the volume sent of the floating oxygenators. After a few weeks in the pond, all the plants have perked up and are looking extremely healthy. I was also impressed by the range of native pond plants they offer.

Absolutely knocked out with the after sales service together with the highly knowledgable staff who made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend this company

I was a little nervous about ordering pond plants in early March, but the hornwort and willow moss were beautifully green and still wet when they arrived. A lovely start to my new wildlife pond, thank you!

After some really disappointing deliveries from other pond plant companies, it was a delight to receive such big healthy plants from these people. Well packaged and fast delivery too.

Having made errors in choosing invasive plants in the past, I wanted to be sure of what I picked this time.
