At the publix located at Cheshire…

At the publix located at Cheshire Bridge is an employer in charge of making subs and serving hot food is the worst, she's a young lady with make up mostly around her eyes that carries such a attitude, it's unbelievable if you don't like your job find another. I had to stop going there because it's annoying to see someone that appears to be so angry. She tries to cover it up slightly but at the same time, it's not hard to tell. Don't fire her, move her so she don't have to deal with happy customers one on one, she's the worst and the only reason I stop going to this location.

I would never shop at Publix

I would never shop at Publix. Way over priced and they donate a lot more to the Republican party. Why? I have no clue. Their sales are clearly down due to the Tarriffs. Which is what they donated to

Bad employee encounters

Usually i love to give great reviews. But meat dept employee verbally yelling at me " i dont work for you' was so strange and uncomfortable! I only shop at Publix once a month!
And i only have lived here 1 yr. So im looking to find other places to shop where i wont be verbally insulted by strangers!

Do not eat fresh berries or grapes from here

Im in a publix more than home, and even though the prices are high, I always felt they were a good store. Yesterday I needed a few bag of Green seedless grapes, more than 4 bags had mold in it. I took the bags out to hand to the fruit dept and they told me to put the bags back and that someone would come by to pick out all the moldy ones. But that's not how mold works. Some of the finer mold are near invisible, so someone could get sick if not washed thoroughly. And let not forget the quality of the grapes. If there's already mold, that means the bag will only last a day or two.
Needless to say, I will not be buying fresh berries or grapes (and fruits alike) at this store.

Long-Time Patient, Treated Without Compassion

I had a deeply concerning experience at Publix Pharmacy. I rely on a critical heart medication that literally prevents a potential heart attack, yet the urgency of my situation was not understood or addressed. I already had a valid prescription, and all that was needed was a simple transfer from another pharmacy. While that was being figured out, I asked for at least a one‑day supply to ensure my safety, but I was denied. This lack of care and attentiveness in a life‑or‑death situation is unacceptable, and I hope Publix Pharmacy takes this feedback seriously to ensure patients in urgent need receive the compassion and timely support they deserve.

disappointed

Well, this used to be where I did all my shopping but just recently I noticed that the prices I'm going way way too high it's ridiculous because they made enough money from all the loyal customers throughout the years nowadays I only go to Publix for small items and some of the deals that they have I do most of my shopping either Walmart or Aldi's which is a little easier on the pocket for the same items that Publix double charge so good luck to you guys but I don't see any light at the end of the tunnel you lost the loyal customer over 25 years

I used to enjoy shopping at Publix…

I used to enjoy shopping at Publix whenever I traveled south. But I spent the last 2 months touring Florida in my RV and was very disappointed in the high prices at the Publix stores I shopped at. Why does a 1/2 gallon of milk cost over $3? When I can get it at Walmart for $1.69? Just one example. I dont mind paying a little more to NOT shop at Walmart, but more than double on some items is not right.

I was disappointed... Twice

I shop at Publix all the time. I have used the Bakery twice. I was disappointed both times. I purchased a fruit tray (in season) for a work function, only to find that the fruits were rotten and spoiled. Over half of the try. I ordered the sensation strawberry and peach cake for Thanksgiving. The strawberries were small, dried out, half yellow with no glaze on them. In addition, the entire row of strawberries pictured around the bottom of the cake was missing. I had to purchase strawberries and glaze to make the cake presentable. I mentioned it to an employee, and was dismissed. I guess I better learn to bake, and make my own trays after testing the fruits out for myself. 😊

I was sitting in my car

I was sitting in my car, awaiting for my sister to complete her shopping by the cart station. An employee came twice to roll the carts inside. Twice, the employee came out to roll carts, But instead played on his phone. Apparently Publix employees are not aware that their breaks are the time to play with their phones. Not while their supervisors view. This increases prices! No one wants to pay higher prices just so their employees can feel entitled.

I was shopping and overheard 2…

I was shopping and overheard 2 employees bad mouthing Charlie Kirk after he was shot. I interrupted them to say as a customer I should not be hearing this. The woman told me that the other employee A SHE was not talking to me. I said Well HE was talking loud enough for me to hear him. She then told me that SHE was a SHE I looked at the other individual and said NO HE IS A HE, I said he can be whoever he wants to in his world but In my world He's a He. The man had make-up and earings etc. but was clearly a man. She then angerly told me that if I continued this vulgar language, she would have me thrown out the store. I said because I called HIM a HIM you're going to have me thrown out the store? I went and told this to the night manager, and got the corporate phone number. I followed up the next day and in the 3 weeks since I tried 3 times calling Corporate and asked for someone from Publix contact me regarding this treatment of a 10 year customer. Each time I was told someone will follow up with you I now see how Publix employees are because the management doesn't even feel it necessary to take a few minutes to call what was a good customer. It's literally 1/4 mile from my home. I will now take my business to Walmart a few miles away, It's clear Publix and it's employees and more importantly the management and upper management feel it is OK for it's employees to demean a man shot in the neck in front of his kids is OK to talk about in isle 5 during open hours. I guess upper management also feels it's OK for employees to threaten a customer for calling a MAN a HE Publix lost a good customer I'm sure they wont miss my 100 bucks a week but hopefully others see this and decide too that this nonsense is not where we want to shop

The worst experience of my life

I have progressive MS and I want in your store first. I can't get your scooters, cuz. They were all dead. So I had to walk through your store and I asked the employee, where's the public's lemonade from the Delhi? Oh, it's up there. It's not up there and ask another person. Oh, it's back there. It's not back there. Then, I ask, where's the Salisbury steak stoves or banquet? You don't have none. Y'all need to be like 7-Eleven, same things in the same place. I will never come back to that store on Murrell road in Rockledge, Fl
Multiple worst experience i ever had. Can you make over a hundred thousand with my medicine.

Publix is not a pleasurable shopping…

Publix is not a pleasurable shopping experience. They act like paying considerably more for groceries is worth the fancy decor. So many times have I gone into a Publix, to leave utterly disappointed because they didn’t have what I was looking for. Specifically, what I went all the way there for. And when you mention it to the management, they act like they couldn’t care less.
When I worked at Publix, the manager that trained me openly told me his salary which completely shocked me. I remember thinking, wow this is why they’re so expensive.
Aldi has it right. So does Walmart. Who wants to pay more for groceries to that extent. Publix is convenient cause they’re on every corner. But I’ve learned my lesson after 50 years of shopping at Publix. I’m done. Aldi, Walmart, Whole Foods, Winn Dixie and Sprouts are amazing grocery stores with better organic options and WAY better prices. Who wants a bunch of balloons all over the store making your groceries cost more money. It is so satisfying when I leave another grocery store having spent significantly less of my hard earned money.Goodbye Publix.

lowest quality products of any major supermarket

I've been using this app called 'Bobby Approved' for a while now. It gives thumbs up/down according to ingredients listed in food and HBA products. When I started using it in Publix to scan food products, I see that 90% of the food stocked and offered by this company is just UNhealthy, with ingredients that border on poison!! It is very difficult to find anything in their entire (gigantic) store/s. The quality of groceries is horrific, maybe in line with ALDIs, but their prices are 2-3x ALDIs, which must be the bottom of the barrel in the US. This is a HUGE, corporate-run entity and I don't see them changing their culture anytime soon. Not sure how they are still in business but it goes to show you how uneducated the US population is about what's in our food/health and beauty products.

Price Gouging Operation

Publix Supermarket a greedy price gouging operation. Especially in The Villages Florida. Examples are milk $4.59 per gallon, Target $2.99. A jar of pickles $4.19 versus $3.19 at my upstate NY grocer. I can go on and on but you get the point.
