Very poor protection, avoid

I've used the card one year in Sainsbury, Wilko and Argos, nowhere else. I think the card has very poor skimming protection because someone hacked the card /probably in Sainsbury/ and electronically withdraw £200 only for two weeks. The company refused any responsibility and refused to transfer the rest of my money to my main Bank account. I had to pay £10 for new card because this was the only way to access to my money locked in their account with blocked card.
