Last time unfortunately my Citruline arrived opened, possibly due to delivery, more than half was gone 😩. But I highly recommend Prozis for sure

Excellent shipping & delivery
Driver was very prompt and friendly. I didn't expect to have overnight delivery service available so that was a big plus.
I've only just started using the products today so can't give a fair assessment but the one meal replacement drink (vanilla toffee) I did have was good. That kind of product will never taste like a milkshake but it was better than many I've tried in the past. Overall a very positive experience and I plan to order again.

I ordered a pair of shorts that looked…
I ordered a pair of shorts that looked great in the product photos. However, what I received was completely different. The fit, length and overall construction did not match the images on the website. The front seam was poorly designed and created an extremely uncomfortable and unflattering fit, making the shorts unwearable.
I contacted Prozis the day after receiving the parcel and explained that the product was not as described. Instead of properly investigating the issue, customer service repeatedly treated it as if I had simply changed my mind.
To make matters worse, they expected me to pay the return shipping costs myself. The item arrived in a plain cardboard envelope with no clear instruction to keep the packaging for returns, yet this was later used against me during the claims process.
The most disappointing part wasn’t even the shorts—it was the customer service. There was no willingness to acknowledge that the product differed from the advertised images or to take responsibility for the situation.
I expected much better from a company like Prozis. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be purchasing from them again.
