I subscribed to Proxyrack’s Premium Residential proxies to target Germany specifically. While I initially faced some issues — such as DNS resolution through non-targeted countries — the support team responded quickly and professionally.
They reviewed the system, corrected the routing inconsistencies, and the proxy quality has significantly improved. Connections are now stable, and location signals are consistent with the targeted region.
I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and the gesture of increasing my bandwidth. I’ve updated my rating to 5 stars to reflect their commitment to improvement and client satisfaction.

Very very bad proxies. Same for the support. It’s like you are talking to a person who just know to answer one question at a time. If you send 2 questions then it’s not able that you gonna get 2 answers. You need to repeat yourself over and over again.
