Tyre fitting okay but tracking... oh boy
Tyre fitting okay, although lengthy (over an hour) despite having an appointment. Wheel Alignment... well.. Poor effort (polite version), leaving my steering in a worse condition than when I arrived with the steering wheel very much lefthand down. I DID get my money back for the tracking, but still a very poor show boys. Had to go elsewhere and won't be coming back.

Excellent customer service
I pre-booked and pre paid for two tyres to be replaced at Protyre in Midsomer Norton last Saturday morning. On arrival the one guy working was clearly already busy, but was an absolute star with customer service, clear explanation of how long it would take and being generally friendly and smiley. He must be a credit to the team with his can do attitude.
I've always gone to Bathwick i Bath previously, but will change my loyalties for the future.

We arrived with a puncture, they changed to our spare which meant we could go away in our motorhome for the weekend.
We returned on the Monday and the new tyre was ready and fitted prompt.
