I have major anxiety about going to…
I have major anxiety about going to garages following a bad experience in past .being a 50 Yr old single woman I previously went to a large well known garage and made to feel like a stupid woman who was not important. I have avoided going to any garages since, getting family members to take my cars for me for years. I needed a garage that regas air-conditioning using new gas as the garage my family use only do old gas . I called protyre Banbury explained my anxiety and what I was needing I spoke to Rob who was absolutely amazing, friendy compassionate about my concerns. He booked me in . On entering the garage very anxious .I instantly was made to feel welcome and put at ease Rob was fantastic. I also say many of his staff on my visit and all the staff seem happy within there job all very polite and friendly . I definitely now at ease and will definitely be returning in the future. So I highly recommend protyre Banbury Thank you for restoring my faith in going to a garage Rob and staff 5 star 🌟

Another good experience with Protyre
They were extremely busy and it was very hot, but they changed my tyres and re-gassed my aircon quicker than I expected. My only small criticism is that the tyres weren’t at the same pressure and a little low, but not so bad that it wasn’t safe. As I say they were VERY busy.

Great for specialist tyres and rims
I had a specialised job and it was recommended I wait for their senior tyre technician to return from holiday. I did that and he was superb. Very happy and the prays good too. Highly recommend Protyres Banbury.
