you get exactly what you want as a customer, nothing less
I had a medical documents spanning 15 pages i needed translated.
the process to create my order was easy.
i wrongly input the wrong subject area in my request (my fault).
Wrote an E-Mail, got an answer like 10 minutes later on a saturday afternoon and my request was changed to the correct subject area.
The translation was done in 3 days, with a option to get it done even earlier. Servicewise they were also really attentive.
They will be my go-to company for any further translations i maybe need in the future.
You get exactly what you want as a customer with this company, and nothing less.
