After a delay caused by humidity the second attempt at instillation went very well and smoothly by a very professional team who were tidy and efficient.

I requested Protec insulation shortly after moving into my house last August. A very helpful surveyor came to see the property and went out of his way to show where insulation and repair would improve the house generally, before checking the loft of my 90 year old house. The insulation was duly installed in the roof efficiently and with very little trouble to me. I have since come through the winter in a very snug house.
The insulation has certainly been worthwhile.

Surveryor was excellent, did not try to hard-sell; operatives arrived on-time and were polite and made no mess at all. They worked quickly and the effects were obvious within 4 hours of the work being completed.

Very good service from start to finish. I felt confident from the initial assessment to completion of the job.
The installation team of 3 were very courteous and professional.

Accidents happen, but this one involved the whole ceiling in a bedroom collapsing at 4am in the morning. Thankfully no one was injured. However, be warned - if accidents happen, do not expect to have the damage fully repaired, or costs fully paid for, even when the company accepts full liability. Only 70% of the repair/replacement of items/costs has been offered.

After an initial hiccup when they found their machinery was faulty resulting in them having to travel to obtain replacement equipment the job was completed on the same day with great efficiency, they shoed us photos of the work to ensure we were satisfied with their work, which it was and they left no mess at all.

I bought a house with a significant condensation issue in a poorly built extension, that had no insulation. Paul advised the correct insulation for our problem and it's completely solved our issue. It also dampened the noise from the main road nearby significantly 😀

The men turned up when they said they would to install the insulation in my roof. It was a fairly quick process. It was a bit messier than I thought it would be. The men covered the carpet and the house looked tidy when they left, but it's quite messy in the attic. It was a thorough job though and my roof is well lined. The type of winter we have will dictate its efficiency!

I was contacted 4 months ago about having the thermal foam installed in my bungalow attic. Three appointments were made to come and do a survey but each time they did not show when recontacted they stated they have had a company reshuffle and have now opened a new office in nottingham so no one would have to travel fom cornwall. I gave them another chance and arranged an appointment for them to visit us on fri 23rd at 10 am.i myself am in sales so when they called me today to confirm the appointment and asked if both my wife and i would be present and i stated no just myself they did not seem happy, alarm bells started as this was starting to sound like pressure selling tactics. I said as my wife works in hospital she could not get here. The so called are manager stated without her being there it would invalidate any warranty! What a load Rubbish... They wanted both of us here to pressure sell to get an immidiate decision... now having read reviews about this product not being valid for future mortgages when surveyers see it and that some lenders require it to be removed before they would allow buyers to borrow against the building i think i have had a lucky escape. Because my wife is not here the manager cancelled the appointment even before i could tell him not to bother...please be carful of this company. If they are even the same company from cornwall or some cowboys using the same name.....

The surveyor provided me with all the information about their Insulation, which is foam injected between the roof rafters. He explained how it is installed and the energy saving benefits; giving me the confident to proceed with the work.
The installers arrived close to their appointment time and got to work. The job was completed quickly, without fuss and there was no mess. The installers were great and very personable.

The guys were efficient, polite and tidy. They came into the house, were very respectful of carpets, furniture etc and were friendly and amiable.
