The guys that came worked so hard and cleaned up as well

New combi boiler installed and old conventional boiler taken out. New boiler relocated to the loft. The guys installing were friendly and kept me updated, new pipework neatly installed. 2 new radiators installed which work great. They did a great job with minimum fuss.

Only negative would be I asked for the thermostatic valves on existing radiators to be changed, which were done but these normally come as a set with a t piece for the other end of the radiator, these were not fitted and now have a nice new trv on one side and old fashion dated looking t piece at the other end, doesnt look good. Hope in future that when doing such work both are replaced so that it looks a tidier job. Also be clear when quoting that only one side will be changed unless asked for.

Had a new combi boiler fitted and excellant service all round. The installers were really friendly and answered any question we had. Also any issues we had have so fair been quickly sorted or addressed.

I work nights so I was sleeping the entire time he was working. Woke up with a brand new boiler, no mess no nothing, he explained how it all works, all well and pleased. Thank You !

Great company to deal with from the initial conversation to the survey carried out by Alan who then ran through our options with no hard sell. Had our new boiler fitted on Monday by Tom,fantastic job from start to Finnish .clean and tidy and we are now sitting in a cozy house again.i would highly recommend Protech.

Excellent service
Very quick to replace my broken boiler

My old boiler was broken and I started looking around the internet to get s new one with a 10yr warranty. I spoke with pro tech who sent a surveyor/sales person who looked at the situation gave me a guaranteed quote with an installation date for later that same week. The work was carried out on time and to my full satisfaction, I now have a good boiler which is working better than my last boiler with a full 20 yr warranty. All I can say is that I got what I wanted in the timescale I wanted at a very competitive price for a quality boiler

I had a new Viessmann Boiler installed on 8th January 2020 by Pro Tech. They replaced my old boiler with this up to date modern boiler and did a first class job. Dave the engineer went through all the set up with me and the wireless thermostat and explained it all thoroughly to me so I was confident enough to use it. Very professional company and left no mess whatsoever.
