Boiler was installed very quickly, house was left clean and tidy. I would recommend :)

No problems other than he left my heating on. I had turned my heating off, so I would have appreciated it if he had asked me if I wanted it on

Matty Wilson was the engineer sent to do our job for servicing our two gas fires and our gas water heater. We cannot praise him or his work and professionalism enough. Thank you Matty! Also thank you to ProTech who have always given us excellent service.

Only took 2 days from the time I rang about survey for new boiler to completion of the job. Boiler was moved, re-piped and new flue location. Start to finish everyone was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful, all with reasonable price.

The installation of the boiler was fitted by brilliant team who were extremely polite, helpful and fully explained the procedure. It was great that the fitters cleared rubbish away. I would recommend them to everyone.

Hi just recently had a new system done by Protech boilers the service from start to finish was fantastic which really surprised me because some company’s are really hard to work with Shawn was brilliant over the phone an sorted all the survey side an Paperwork out Dave an Tom the fitters were brilliant I can’t praise these guys enough absolute brilliant guys and what they did.

At a very troubled time during the virus outbreak they were still able to swap our boiler out the workman that cam (Tom) took every precaution and did a fantastic job after he had gone we hardly knew that a workman had been in our house all day, he work constantly all day very clean Tidy worker cannot praise him enough

Excellent service no pressure selling, fitted as arranged. I'm self isolating but the fitters left me alone with no contact. I would highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately, on my first service engineer found out that one of the wires responsible for the pump boiler efficiency was disconnected. Additionally, water was bypassing filter as the filter was closed.
