ProTech was recommended to me a client whom I work for who is attentive to and concerned about accuracy and detail.

The extensive buildings plumbing was removed and replaced with copper piping, even channeling pipework to an outside building which now houses the new combi boiler fitted with Hive. I cannot fault the work, all welds are perfect with precise joints, as is the entire job.

I cannot praise and thank Protech's involvement in my renovation and just wish the other work carried out on the property had been completed to such a professional high standard.

Very pleased with the installation of my boiler, a traditional boiler replaced with a new combi-boiler type. 3 days to complete, started on time, ended on time.

Fitting team were polite and kept the house clean and tidy. Agreed the route and location of all new pipework to be as discrete as possible and they stuck to the plan, rather than take the easier option. Old gas feed pipe capped off within the wall so that I could tile over it, new gas feed fed internally where possible to avoid pipework on the outside wall (mainly through under stair cupboard).

Removed the water tank from the roof space, the immersion tank from the airing cupboard, all builders rubble etc. Boiler smaller than the original so some re-decoration required.

Price only slightly higher than a local plumber but you get the security of a larger company, knowing their reputation is important to them and they will respond to any problems. They do this type of work day in day out.

The fitters were prompt, personable and professional. Walkways were covered, consequently there was no mess anywhere. The boiler was fitted and working within the day.

Everyone was very helpful from the initial visit to having the boiler fitted. Cleaned up after themselves and explained how to use the controls.

The service was second to none and the boiler has made a difference to our home already and I’m looking forward to a more efficient system

Excellent service from initial survey to final installation. Polite and professional from start to finish.

The engineers turned up on time, they explained what they were doing and how long it would take. When they finished they tidied up afterward and explained how to work the boiler and the control box. They were friendly people and we’re very pleased with the service and results.

The service from start to finish was very good. The tradesman who did the work was efficient and quick and I have not had any issues with the work he completed.

Would definitely recommend ProTech. They were very professional, extremely efficient, left as little mess as possible, worked extremely hard and left with everything working and no problems.

Survey was done promptly and quote given at the time rather than waiting 5days as happened with a different Worcester approved installer. The engineers arrived early and removed the old leaking boiler quickly and efficiently . When the engineer arrived for installation after allowing for floor repairs in between he worked all day without a break to ensure the boiler was fully installed and operational before he left. All Protech staff who we have been in contact with from surveyor to engineers to office staff have proved themselves to be knowledgeable, hardworking, friendly and polite. The planning was done thoroughly to ensure a completely smooth installation.I would definitely recommend using Protech.

ProTech boilers were brilliant, after ringing up many other companies who claimed to be 24 hours and who were most unhelpful I found ProTech highly professional, efficient and they came to fix my boiler within two hours, they were very reasonable, I would highly recommend.

Initial survey gave confidence that they understood our requirements a very fair price work carried as planned and to an excellent standard,follow up communication very good so much so that we have taken an annual contract,would recommend highly

Joe, Dylan and Harry did a back boiler to combi swap. The lads did a brilliant job clearing up all their mess and finished the work within two days. Smashed it.

We chose Pro Tech boilers to supply and fit our replacement boiler, within 5 days of getting our quote we had a fully fitted and working Ideal boiler, fitted by Joe and Harry, whom were both very professional and very efficient.
