Outstanding Service and Quality from Protastic.co.uk

This is my second time purchasing from Protastic.co.uk, and once again, their service and products have been absolutely outstanding. My first order was for accessories for my GoPro Hero 3 camera, which were great. This time, I was in a real hurry. I needed two USB Battery Eliminator Power Cables for my GoPro Hero 4 cameras for a show the very next evening. I placed my order on a Thursday afternoon, and to my amazement, the cables arrived by Royal Mail the very next working day!

This level of next-day delivery is simply fantastic, especially when you're on a tight deadline.

Both cables worked perfectly and are of very high quality. They are well-made and fit securely. Thanks to these cables, I was able to film in stunning 4K without a battery inside the cameras, which prevented them from overheating—a huge benefit for extended shooting sessions.

A big thank you to the team at Protastic.co.uk for quickly fulfilling my order and getting it to me so fast. I highly recommend both your products and your exceptional service.

Hi Dave, thanks for taking the time to review. I'm a little confused with your comment as we DON'T sell GoPro branded products, we only sell our own brand, PROtastic and our own designs?

I also notice how your only other Trust Pilot review is for Google and mentions how someone hurt your company by reviewing the wrong company, and wonder if you've done the same?

Either way, we haven't ever sold or advertised our products as GoPro branded, we are PROtastic and try to offer better value for money, better designs and a higher quality. Hope this helps, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon :)
