Multiple cold calls every day - despite me telling them i am not interested and have never requested a quote. Have asked multiple times that thet stop calling, but they dont listen...
Update - 2 days passed, 4 more calls from this same rabble.... twice more i have told them to remove my details i know they have responded and said i should call their 'customer service team' but why thd heck should i... i didnt ask to be called and have repeatedly asked to be removed from their contact list. Blocked their numbers but thet dial from a new ons - i am happy to play this game and keep wasting their time now...and reitterating my bad reviews

Simon Hands visited me at home
Simon Hands visited me at home. He explained everything and was very patient when I asked questions. He actually visited twice because I understood from the phone call that the visit would only last 30 minutes. Simon returned the next day, at my convenience, for a further two hours. The appointment was relaxed and not rushed. Simon also sorted out my life assurance policy that I had with Legal and General pointing out that it was not fit for purpose. I feel confident that I have the correct things in place though I do have a few decisions to make to complete this.

I decided to take out a funeral plan, so booked an appointment with Prosperous Life. The whole process was undertaken with no pressure selling, and I was able to commit to the type of funeral plan I wanted.
I cannot recommend this company enough, if you are looking for sound advice, and a relaxed but caring company, then choose this company.
