Zira went above and beyond to support us with our Prospect365 implementation. She was flexible and happy to go off-script to help us prioritise urgent functionality, then circled back to complete the full training process. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever there was something she couldn’t answer immediately, she always followed up promptly.

We really appreciated her support and commitment to making the implementation a success.

We have used ProspectSoft's CRM solution for many years and it has proven to be very reliable and delivers just what we need, The team at PS ar ealo great, both friendly and helpful in particular Codruta Bogdan who I have worked with more recently.

Matilda knew the system inside out and was very patient in explaining everything to a techno dinosaur. By the end of the onboarding sessions I was left staggered by the versatility of Prospect, and the scope of what it can do.

Great that I can customise a dashboard for viewing sales and engagement info tailored to my role and territory. Initially I had some trouble with this, but the team responded promptly and solved my issue quickly - all works now

The set up of Prospect CRM was made easy by our on-boarder, Zira. She was great. It's the first CRM that we have worked with that suits a manufacturing business like us as opposed to some of the others that have been more designed with services in mind.
We're looking foward to seeing the benefits of Prospect CRM within the Brewery moving forward.

The software and onboarding is good and we've had helpful calls with Codruta who has been great. The support team are quite slow in fixing critical issues though and aren't very responsive - I've had to escalate issues through Codruta and Kyle before to make anything happen on them.

We have been onboarding with Prospect for a few months. We have had the pleasure of working with Matilda for training and onboarding and she has been wonderful. She is patient and thorough and incredibly well versed in the system. She is an excellent communicator and teacher and has allowed us to take the time that we need between sessions to get some practice and prepare our real-world questions together for our particular use case.

Overall a very good experience. We needed to make some quite unique customisations to the CRM platform to make it work for our business, so there were a lot of challenges and a lot of learning during the onboarding process! It also took much longer than expected. Sometimes it's hard to work with a support team over online chat, but having one-to-one support from Matilda Gardener, our onboarding assistant, was excellent. She properly listened to our needs, and in some cases pushed for improvements & changes to the app based on our feedback. I am now very pleased with the way the system works for our unusual business. It was worth it!!

A great product that integrates seamlessly with Unleashed software. The support team is outstanding—especially Matthew Ooi, who provides exceptional customer service. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and expertise.

I enquired about a type of report I needed to create to manage our accounts account receivables and Matthew and Zira came back to me within a couple of hours outlining a potential solution.
