Supplied paint and masking tape and a custom made stencil.
Masking tape kept ripping and would not peel off the reel in any useful way.
The stencil melted when the paint hit it.
emailed problem sent pictures and requested refund - silence no reply.
Subsequent call from MD of Prosol explaining they had emailed me but i did not get it - that could happen to anyone.
Subsequent discussions about what went wrong and how they were going to put it right.
Should be a satisfactory out come in the end. thank you

Our managing director replied by email to your complaint on the day it was received explaining that he was awaiting information from our supplier.
He now has the response and will call you on Monday morning to resolve the situation.

Placed an order two weeks ago,checkout with paypal,no signs of item,send a message to this shop and get very rude reply back (We will leave you to think long and hard as to why you order has not been processed.
At the time orders are taken only a card authorization takes place and we have not taken a payment and will not be processing the order.
AVOID this scummbags

This order was not processed as it was for the same item and has identical features to 6 previous orders over the last 8 months which have all been fraudulent and have resulted in chargebacks. We do not appreciate negative feedback from a scammer.
