Avoid this company
Bought an electric golf trolley about 18 months ago and was happy with it until recently when the control on the speed pod stopped working and it would only go very fast . No telephone contact only by E Mail which is bizarre to say the least. I explained the problem and they advised ordering a new speed pod which I did and had it fitted. Still the same problem!!!. They then told me they would arrange for it to be picked up . I spent ages trying to get a box to fit and packing material so when it was ready I e mailed to tell them and they informed me they were not picking it up because it wasn’t an extended warranty. I am now stuck with a huge box with a trolley only a marathon runner could use and when e mailing they keep telling me to order the part I have already had and fitted. No other help has been offered. Terrible customer service.

5* Pro Service of Whittlebury Recliner Chair
I ordered a Whittlebury recliner lift chair from Pro Rider Mobility for my elderly Mother in law on Sunday afternoon and by Tuesday at 10.00am it had been delivered and she was using it. That's what I call service! The company and Panther their courier service were outstanding keeping us updated on the delivery and they arrived right on time and carried the boxes to the room we wanted with efficiency and care. The chair needed some assembly but this was easy and for the very reasonable price it was very good sturdy quality, nice linen type upholstery and operates so quietly and smoothly. I can certainly recommend Pro Rider from my experience with them.

I cant coment on the chair as I have yet to recieve it. Paid for it 20 days ago they are using xdp couriers the tracking app states awaiting delivery the same status for 7 days. Pro rider informed that delivery is upto 10 days i have emailed every day since the 10 days are up no reply to emails and no telephone number for queries. Beginning to think its a scam..

Purchased a recliner chair on 22/5 paid in full and never received chair , no one has any idea at your courier which is part of you knows where my chair is , no one ever gets back to you and 1 adviser today has been very rude and she lied to me , saying she passed message on to depot , at that point she disconnected me even after saying I better have my money back , I’ve not even had a consignment note ,

I'm giving 2 stars. Although my wife and I bought a road king nearly 8 Years ago and we are still pleased with them. But they've done there time with us and we wanted two new ones. We looked at the options and wanted to go with Prorider, because we were so happy. When I rang to order it I had two options on the phone option one: "If you want to place an order" option two "For anything else" as I wanted to just ask a question I pressed option 2. The recording said contact us by email. So I rang back and said I was thinking about placing an order, but as I could only speak to the sales team I asked what would happen if I broke down and I needed to speak to someone, the reply was "You could always press option one and we will try to help." I asked my questions and I was told they would do a price match. I said I just want to speak to my wife then I'll ring you back. In the meantime we had a look at other suppliers for the same mobility scooter, and found one £300 cheaper. I still wanted to,go with prorider, so I told them of the site and was told they don't match against that supplier, they only match sites connected to them so I asked why not as that would be like ASDA comparing prices with only ASDA. That is not a price match. Or Tesco price matching against Tesco. In my way of thinking that is a con. I wonder if anyone will reply to my comments
Awful experience
Awful experience. Low quality Taiwan mobility scooter dumped on a pallet/crate on my lawn. Needed quite a bit of assembly. The battery life was abysmal. They wriggled at honouring the guarantee and so I took it to another dealer who discovered the batteries had been fitted incorrectly and rubbed against a wheel. Quite nasty people to deal with.

Bought a scooter after two months batteries have started losing power gone from 24.5 miles to 13.8 miles. Got in touch with them email only now. Lied that they were in contact with manufacturer when it was myself who had contacted the manufacturer. Disgraceful costumer service.

After saying it gonna take another week now they say they can't find my scooter what the f&+£' these people doing looks like I'm gonna have to wait for a refund these are the worse people I've ever delt with utter

Had road king for years broke a few times but you can get motor rewinds in london control box's are the weak point just brought a new one it's gonna take ages to deliver hope it ok when it comes they don't seem to care

We ordered a TGA Zest Plus mobility scooter, and paid for it via PayPal. Email followed stating they couldn’t supply the product would I like to leave the scooter on order or have a refund. I opted for the refund but was told it would take 5-7 days to show in my account. Nothing was returned, so I checked again and was told it had been refunded and was awaiting approval by PayPal. Again nothing appeared in my account so I checked with PayPal and they said nobody had put any refund requests through. PayPal got involved with.
my claim and I was refunded my money within 15 minutes. I don’t usually review a company but I feel on this occasion, BE WARNED, Pro Rider Mobility do not do what they say they are doing. Had I not involved PayPal I think I could have kissed my £1000+ goodbye.

Having ordered a scooter from Steve from pro rider I read some reports givingit bad reviews but after the first day Steve gave me a ring and said they never had it in red but it was in blue I said that would be great he said it will be 7 to 10 days in 7-days after the scooter arrived delivered exactly on time so I can't praise provider more than that say thank you Steve everything you said happened and I'm really pleased with my scooter I'm disabled so this really meant a lot so I can do no more than they give them five stars and say well done thank you Mike

Poor customer service
I bought a mobility scooter from them in July2020 last year of which I have used it a handful of times. It keeps blowing the battery fuse between 30min and 1hr of use. I have emailed your support from April this year and it is taking 2 weeks to a month for them to get back with a question for me to reply and then wait again. I have spoken to the customer services on numerous occasion just to be told to email the engineer and the last time was today when I was spoken to unreasonably and told to stop interrupting her very abruptly and then she put the phone down on me,

I am writing this review with great regret I ordered 2 recliner chairs the 1st came within 4 days (great service) to that end I ordered another for my wife who has just come out of hospital expecting it to come within a week still no chair but money taken I have tried to contact pro rider but a total waste of time. It shows that the chair is in the collection area but I cannot get any answers as to when I can expect it 14 days now still waiting and still no answers the staff are very disappointing have asked to spk to manager but refused on a number if times there customer service is appalling what a shame as my 1st chair very happy with all I wanted was another chair the same for my sick pension wife where has the polite customer service gone .

I should have believed the reviews
I should have believed the reviews I read. Order placed, money taken but no scooter arrived. Contacted them to be told they had tried to call me (my call log shows that is a lie) and that they can no longer supply the scooter. They said they had refunded me. Checked with Paypal - they hadn't. Raised a dispute with Paypal - refund received within 15 minutes. Disgrace of a company. AVOID.
