Had several plates now, excellent supplying dealer replicas and show plates as a gift, delighted with all of them. Very high quality, excellent friendly service and swift delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect.

Plates ordered around 3pm Monday and tracking info arrived around 8am Tuesday saying they'd be with me by close of play Friday.

Actually landed around 12 noon Thursday.

That was standard delivery.

Plates not installed yet but seem fine.

By far the cheapest online and spoke to Danielle before i ordered with a query, who was friendly and helpful.

I placed my order for some new show plates to go with my step son to shows. In the morning of the next day. I decided I wanted to change my design and emailed them. I believe they had already processed and dispatched!!! To my amazement they got back the plates and reconfigured my design as per my wishes and re dispatched. I cannot fault the customer service in dealing with an awkward git like myself. I would say timing of my email played a part in them salvaging this for me. But thanks again to all involved. I would recommend these to anyone looking for plates

Excellent communication, great product, extremely helpful, quick delivery.

Good looking plate's but poor quality in respect of assembly. The backing is peeling away from the perspex, again! This has happened 3 times now.
I can't afford to keep replacing these plate's. After all, I'm a pensioner.

Customer service went above and beyond with helping me with my order. Will definitely be recommending them if anyone mentions they need number plates printed.

The team at proplates was absolutely exceptional. I had a fairly specific order for some plates on my RX8, and struggled to find anyone who could do it.
These guys took care of it no problem, and sent it out within a day, amazing effort.
I Will absolutely recommend to my friends and no doubt will use these guys again in the future! 10/10

Abismal. Still waiting for my plates. Customer service just tell you a load of old cobblers and have a horrible habit of adding exclamation marks after their replies. Basically, intentionally being rude. They shirk their responsibilities, promise you the moon but deliver Swiss cheese. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Avoid at all costs.

Fully expecting typical salesman excuses in response to this review.

What a cowboy outfit proplates are

This is the second set of plates ordered from this site, 1st set arrived 6 days after order, no updates or communication other than ordered confirmed.
2nd set ordered and was disappointed with the process this time because after a week of order, Tried getting update with 2 emails, 2 times from their message service and phoning twice aswell.
Didn't get a response from any and started the process through PayPal for a complaint and within 6 hours a refund was requested by me and it has now been refunded

Have ordered a couple times now from Proplates. Always a bit wary when ordering anything custom made as it has to be on point with little margin for error. However I cannot fault this company. Communication excellent and I must admit the quality of the badges were way better than I expected. Very happy with how they turned out and so is my customer. Thanks again

I ordered custom spaced plates (one being a 5 digit plate) on standard delivery Tuesday evening, the plates arrived the Friday of that week. Discrete company logo barely visible in the bottom corner and the plates were of a more than acceptable standard.

What amazing service. Most of my dealings had been danielle who went above and beyond in an effort to fill my unique requirements. Proplates really do go the extra mile and ensure customer satisfaction. The quality is beyond anything ive ever seen. Ive got 3 cars and they now will all wear plates provided by proplates.

Super high-quality show plates; buy, buy, buy!

Took a week to arrive but they double checked spacing before making them👍 . Arrived today and they’re perfect . Used on front of 981 slightly cut down self adhesive plates . Used heat gun to gently form the slight curves of the front bumper instead of using a full size flat plate. Looks great 👍 very happy great quality

Fantastic custom plates exactly as I requested at a great price and delivered super quick. Brilliant.

Quality is good, but didn't realise there'd be a fairly large logo from the company at the bottom of the plate. When I asked on Live Chat regarding this, they explained it's because they're road legal. I've had many road legal plates from other companies, and whilst it indeed has to have the manufacturer's information, it doesn't need their logo.

Live chat went round in circles.

ProPlates are just awesome at what they do. Just ordered my 2nd set of plates from them, and they are just amazing. Just what I wanted and explained and more 👍🏻 the plates arrived very quick (virtually the next day) I won't use anyone else for number plates.

Standard of the product top shelf nothing to complain about and the customer service is doing a great job
