I had found it really difficult to find out about the new landlord registration scheme being introduced in some areas of Hove. I phoned up Property Moves to see if they had any information about whether my son's flat was included in the new phase or not. Having tried a number of times to contact Brighton and Hove registration department without any success and the deadline rapidly approaching, I was getting somewhat concerned about the situation. When I spoke to Dan at Property Moves he said he would try and find out this information for me. My son was not even one of Property Moves landlords and knowing how busy letting agents are I thought Dan might not bother to spend time on finding out an answer to my query. I was totally wrong. Within an hour he had found out the answer to my query and had sent me an email with the answer. I think it is incredible that someone who is obviously so busy should take the time to find out and respond to a telephone call in these circumstances. I would like to say a massive 'Thank you' to Dan for his kindness in doing this for me. I have since read the Trustpilot reviews for 'Property Moves' which are excellent and obviously thoroughly deserved.

Jess has been great to deal with. She’s always really responsive, answers the phone and gets things sorted quickly. She’s also been really helpful arranging contractors at short notice when needed. Really friendly and reliable, and I’d definitely recommend her and Property Moves

We have just let our property for the first time with Property Moves; they have been friendly, attentive and balance the needs of both landlord and tenant which is why we chose them. Particular shout outs to the members of staff Dan, Jess, Jill and Graham who have helped us throughout the process, including when unforeseen situations came our way.

They’ve always been quick to help with anything we’ve needed, from arranging fire and gas safety visits to helping organise access to a spare key when I managed to lock myself out. They were also incredibly helpful and supportive when my partner moved in, and we needed to have her added to the tenancy, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

It’s been reassuring to know that whenever we’ve had a question or needed assistance, Jessica and Jill have been approachable, efficient and genuinely helpful.

We’ve really enjoyed our time in the property and are very grateful for the support we’ve received from Property Moves throughout our tenancy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
